This crew needs an overhaul! As a former carhop, I was excited to visit this location. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the lack... of customer service, food quality, and order accuracy. Drive thru operator seemed disgusted to take food orders and was rushing.Drinks were wrong and they just emptied the cup and put the next drink in which made my drinks taste weird. Fries and tots oldand hard. BACON cheeseburger toaster missing BACON. Burgers cold so the cheese wasn?t melted. Scarce condiments put directly inthe middle of the bun so most of it was dry. This was my first experience with Sonic. I can definitely say we'll be back. Great menu to choose from. We had a large order and... they got everything right. We ordered online a few minutes before pulling in and only had to wait about 4-5 minutes. Read more

This is literally thee worst Sonic I've ever been to yet I keep coming back to try to give them a chance, and each time it gets... worse and worse. Save your time and save your money. Go elsewhere. The drive up menus never work, half the time your order iswrong, or their credit card machine is broken. Not to mention the app barely works at this one because their system is alwaysdown. Hot dogs are burnt and buns are hard. In all honesty, it seems to be run by a bunch of teenagers. I don't understand howthis particular Sonic is still in business. Read more
I was extremely disappointed when I pulled up to the drive through and got greeted with a ?Hi? and nothing else. I was very... confused. She was the most disrespectful employee I have ever dealt with. Thankfully when I pulled up to the window the younglady there was very sweet and apologized for the wait. Visiting this location was the worst Sonic experience I've ever had. The staff member working the drive through was extremely... rude and condescending. "What do you want?" when she asked for my order. Shut the window in my face while I was trying to askher a question. If that wasn't enough, my limeade was gross, tots were soggy, and no napkins nor sauces were included in ourbag. Read more
