I want to give a review on one of your younger employees. I believe his name was Sam. He had Auburn red Brown hair . He was very... polite full of smiles. When he was trying to get the wedges for me they just came out of the oven and they were extremely hot.He kept trying to put them in the box burning his fingers and smiling at me saying it's all right when I said to wait just letthem cool down don't burn your fingers that I could wait till they cool down to touch, lol he was persistent and he still didput them in the box I believe in the process burning his fingers which I feel bad about ,so I wanted to give him an excellentreview he didn't have to do that though but I just thought that was very commendable and I want him to have a good review . youhave a good employee there , treat him good. Twice we have stopped for unsweetened ice tea and both times it comes out looking like Expresso. When I mentioned it I was told... it was normal, it's "Black" tea! I have NEVER seen ice tea that dark. Looks like their concentrate ratio is WAY off I tried toorder the $6 two piece chicken box. White meat, fries and bread, if you change an item it goes up over $9. You try to select thebread it comes with, it charges for bread. Tell them, they say order w/o bread and they will make sure I get it. Even though thesign shows and says it comes with bread, they don't really do that. Then, i still didn't get the bread! I know this location isnew, it needs tons of help. Read more
Very clean and nice environment
Their chicken wraps were completely rotten. Just spent an hour vomiting.
Don?t go here for E85 it costs $.50-$.60 more than other stations in Frederick for the same ethanol content fuel. It?s weird... because normal gas is priced similarly it?s just the ethanol that?s overpriced. There are 5 other stations in Frederick to use. Read more
