The hamburgers are too well done for my taste, chicken is good, as well as breakfast choices
Usually have a decent experience at RR, but I was shocked by this one. Drive by the sign and it says "customer appreciation... week dily deals" (should say "daily", not "dily") I go to the drive thru. I notify the employee that the sign is misspelled. Iasked for (1) free chicken wing in return, but they denied this request. Additionally, they have yet to do anything about thesign. They managed to spell "customer appreciation" correctly, but to me this seems like a lie. I don't blame the employee atall. This had to be 100% a managerial decision. Read more
