My first time at Oscar's. I heard a lot about the great tasting food, large portions, great service and reasonable prices. Well... all of that was correct and more! The interior is large. Half is sit-down and half is var with high table sitting. Therestaurant was amazingly clean. The tables, floors and restrooms were impeccable. There were plenty of employees waiting on thetables, serving the food and cleaning up. Something you don't see these days. The menu is extensive. An awesome salad list and ahuge list of beers. You can order pizza to meatloaf to blackened salmon. Wonderful appetizers, like the Cuban roll and amazingdesserts like the apple crisp. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant is handicap accessible. And as I said before, allthe food is hot and amazing at a reasonable price. This restaurant is on point for eating in or taking out. They also docurbside. We were there for dinner and will be back for dinner, lunch and Sunday brunch...which I hear is amazing as well. The food was fine. The service was good until the server and host staff told us something along the lines of, ?Are you all... planning to leave soon? We have a party of 13 coming.? after I finished paying and tipping. As a former server myself, I wasstunned by this request. The place was not packed at all, and the party of 13 was nowhere to be found yet. I wanted to spendtime with my grandparents who I have not seen in 10 years, but was rushed out by the host and server. Read more
I really like this place. It is a family friendly restaurant. It has an active but not rowdy bar. Large selection of craft,... including seasonal, beers. The food is typical for this type of restaurant, but at least as good or better than similarestablishments. They have a few signature appetizers you don't see at other places. I love the jambalaya and my wife enjoyedher salad. Wait staff is prompt and pleasant. Read more
The pretzels are absolutely amazing, and Lola was an awesome server. Unfortunately we suddenly needed to leave before our... entrees arrived, but Lola was super helpful getting our meals packed up and the check taken care of extremely quickly.Seriously, these are probably the best pretzels I've ever had (and we love pretzels). It?s always a pleasure coming here to eat. On this particular day I got breakfast and ordered a crab cake benedict i believe. To... this day it is still one of my favorite breakfast dishes. This place is great. I've only been here twice, but I honestly think I could eat here every week. The menu is huge, with a wide... variety of food choices, all coming in huge portions. The service was great. We were a party of 8 and Sierra offered us separatechecks, without us even asking. The Old Bay Wings were delicious, and so was the ENORMOUS Buffalo chicken sandwich. They alsohave a massive selection of craft beers and cocktails. 10 out of 10 would recommend for casual dining. Read more
My friends and I had a Wonderful dinner at Oscars Alehouse. I ordered the Grilled Steak Salad which was Awesome. It had Grilled... Steak, Portobello mushrooms, grilled red peppers, leafy greens, banana peppers, blue cheese crumbles with blue cheesevinaigrette. The flavors in this salad complicated each other. I also had a Tropical Sangria Punch so I was Very Happy with mydinner! My advice to you is to try Oscars Alehouse, you will be very glad that you did! Read more
