Worst service ever. Went inside because I don't eat in my vehicle, for one this is about the last restaurant to actually... reopen inside and I see why, was only behind 2 people and it still took 20 minutes just to place an order. If you can'tadequately run a restaurant send your employees somewhere else that actually can. Update. After another 15 minutes the orderwas wrong. I ordered a #5 5 piece fried wings supposed to be $7.49 got charged $11.49 and given given BBQ wings. Won't beback at this location. Read more
The prices have gotten higher but the quality has grown worse. They can't even get a simple order right. I asked for sauces and... honey for my food, and they didn't give us any. It's been a long time since I've been there. I won't be there for a long timeagain. Read more
Your order will never be correct, you will be orbiting the drive-thru several times, and don't expect an apology "oh yeah we... know we screwed that up" This location had a refresh in the past couple of years and it's now considerable more hygienic.Chicken is cooked correctly but the post-prep is awful, had Nashville tenders that looked like they had just come off the floor.The other KFC location in Frederick is light-years better. Went to the drive thru, ordered the 5 chicken tenders combo. with a sweet tea The guy didn't have the mic up to his face, the... food was nasty. They had problems with the machine, this old lady got on the mic, said in a loud voice "GIVE US A MINUTE"Iwould NOT recommended this KFC atvall Read more
Food tasted like rubber, after going back just get a refund Sofia, if that was her name refused to refund me rather just give me... another meal. If The food has a rubbery taste to it why would I want something else? Eh. The chicken doesn't taste as good as it used to. We can get better fried chicken at Giant Eagle or Royal Farms. Not to... mention it's almost $40 for the family meal bundle...that is INSANE for soggy subpar fried chicken. We only went here because myhusband used to love KFC back in the day and he was craving some but we won't be going here again. He even was disappointed thatthe chicken has changed.
