Great experience at this location. Tons of staff, all of them friendly, quick, and helpful. Food was tasty -- meat is sliced... fresh when you order! There's seating inside and outside. Very clean and organized. Read more
The sandwhiches are good but it's annoying that they don't have a designated cheese only slicer for the veggie and cheese only... hoagies and for vegetarians. I also was a bit grossed out when I saw an employee use the same rag she wiped everything downwith, also use it to wipe a knife off she was going to use to cut a customer's sandwhich. Gross. so, I've been hitting all the sub places in and around Frederick. I've always wanted to try Jersey Mike's. the staff was very... professional and friendly. The quality of the sub, was ok, but it was missing something. I'm not sure if it's worth comingagain as there are better options nearby. Read more
5 stars for the food being as expected. The location appears to have had several improvements, including the upholstery being... updated. The employees are still slow at keeping the floor swept and tables wiped down. When I arrived all of the staff were inthe back. The floor is littered and most of the tables and chairs are dirty. This is the 3rd time I've been in this joint and I guess I can now say that my overall experiences have been disappointingly... average. The service is always average, the sub procuring is average, the taste is average, the price is average, the wholevibe is average. I would also highly recommend against getting it "Mike's Way."
