This place is HORRIBLE. I have tried giving it a second chance and it was literally worst then the first. I ordered a pizza with... about 4 toppings. I get the pizza, as soon as I picked up a piece literally everything fell off and it was all dough. I askedthem if they could cook it more cause this is not right. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO ORDER ANOTHER PIZZA. No apology, nodiscount, just rude customer service because I brought up the pizza was horrible. The first time I came here it was just as bad.And since they refuse to make it right I tell everybody I know how BAD their pizza IS how bad their customer service is. I wishthe old place was here, they WERE SO MUCH BETTER. So save your money and eat somewhere else cause eventually what happened to mewill happen to you just In a different way! Read more

Okay so here's the deal in Frederick there are a... multitude of places that all claim to be the best steak and cheese won't name names but yeah they don't stack up to this placeauthentic excellent ingredients friendly staff and really really customer oriented like I mentioned before do yourself a favorand get the loaded cheese fries they have a ton of optional condiments that you can get on your sub to personalize it and makeit just the way that you want it not necessarily going into a store and getting something off the chart and not having itcustomized, here they want to get you exactly what you need for a decent price and it's so bloody tasty Read more

This restaurant is a Jerry's sub with the name change. Just about the menu is the same, and I try to small pizza which was... actually surprisingly good. Still a pretty good value, as long as the pizza and subs is the avenue you're looking to go. That'sthe case, you're in good hands. The sauce was good and there was plenty of it. One of the cases where it did not all evaporateinto the crust, and I was thankful for that. There was also plenty of cheese and it had a nice flavor to it. Cleanliness is an issue. Used napkins, an old receipt and, for some reason, flower petals were on the floor. Red pepper flakes... were scattered on the condiment station. I ordered an Italian hoagie and it was woefully lacking meat. It had plenty of onionsthough. The bread was the only thing that saved it. The bread was very good. Been here twice, both times there was black mold floating in the soda, and this time there was hair in my food, cleanliness/food... safety is obviously not a priority of this establishment Edit to add: First, let me tell you I've been a store manager formultiple other restaurants, I know what to look for in terms of food safety. I did approach your staff, both times, the firsttime they went ahead and cleaned the nozzles after I asked them to, the second time we got a lackluster apology for the hair inmy food and your manager on duty didn't know how to properly process a refund. The debris in every corner of the dining areaalso tells me that cleanliness is not as high a priority to your staff as you say.
