This is my last time ordering from this location, if it were up to me, I'd give them zero stars I've been repeatedly giving them... tries since it opened, and we moved from Mongomery County. I've frequented other locations and found that it's not the chain butthis poor-quality food (how it's made) in Frederick, at this particular location. I am a great tipper--always am, and hardlycomplain, but I've had enough. I'm, tired of paying 60 dollars for burgers and fries, and getting what I didn't order. This timeI ordered a bacon burger, w/out cheese because I cannot have dairy, tipped 20% for a pick-up order, and made sure not to orderit with lettuce or tomato because after multiple tries get soggy burger buns...and to my amazement opened my burger today andgot a soggy bun w/ a bacon CHEESEBURGER. I will not visit this location again and want others not to waste their time. Theservice and food aren't getting better it continues to be in a steep decline. Fire the workers and keep the food and trainpeople to make quality food in comparison to your other joints! Seems to be a Frederick problem, not a chain issue. Burgers are good (not 5 stars, that would be a great restaurant quality) but know start to fin time in this store is about 20-28... min. I recommend ordering online and picking up around ~20 minute mark to be there a little before it is done (this is based onaverage of order to serve time on 3 occasions, avg 25 min). Other five guys I been to is quicker but just know this location isslower, if they improve their speed per other five guy location I would raise the rating. Read more
Just got my take out order, they were awesome! The workers there were so accommodating and understanding! Since my sons have a... sesame allergy, I asked for a grilled cheese and burger on hot dog buns and the guys understood right away and cleaned thegrill, got new gloves and made their order specially and carefully. It was awesome to see the manager lead the staff through theprocess. It looked like they knew what they were doing for sure! It?s great to see young people working hard and workingtogether! Five Guys. A great place to get burgers and fries from. This place let's you customize the burger you want to your liking with... the trimmings (ex:bacon, mushrooms, etc) The French fries are tasty as well. Definitely a break from the fast food normalcy ofburgers and fries. So go out and try them. Read more

This review isn't about the food but more about the staff. A young lady was working with 3 other male coworkers. The three guys... were talking while she was fulfilling orders, calling orders out, and gathering supplies for others. It seemed like a one-manshow with her doing everything. You could see she was having a rough night and it was dinner rush. It's disappointing to seeworkers struggle while there are others around to help out.
