Very horrible experience. How is it possible that they have people that is not capable to give service to the client. I was... buying 4 donuts, a coffee and a sandwich and I didn?t want bacon on the sandwich and the man wanted to sell it to me and I hadan experience with that person who is not capable to be working there. He treated me very horrible and that?s the reason why I?mleaving this review. There was no reason for him trying to force me to buy the sandwich with bacon when I had clearly said thatI didn?t want any. This is the only Dunkin I have EVER been to (and I go daily) that charges extra to get caramel in a iced coffee!! The staff are... rude and the drive thru is poorly designed. Avoid this location unless you want to pay more for rude service and old coffee. Read more

I ordered a latte and avocado toast (which was so stale it hurt my teeth) paying a total of 10.47 I am a fedex driver mind you,... and asked for a cup of water also. Because I was out in the heat for 10 hours today. They wanted to charge an extra dollar forwater... just ridiculous.. Read more

Everything is perfect, fresh and delicious at this new Duncan's Doughnuts on Prospect, 340, I-70 and 15 at 401 South Jefferson... St, Frederick, MD 21701 There is penty of spacious parking and the drive through service is excellent. It is located in thenewly converted, former Fredericktown Bank and Trust / PNC Bank at this popular convenient location. This Duncan's Doughnuts isin the Prospect Plaza and is next to a McDonald's restaurant, The Dollar Store, Lube Center and several other stores in theplaza. It is across the street from the Prospect CVS and two gas stations. Their service, quality and packaging is excellent. Read more
Ordered a $3.00 caramel latte. Asked for a large cop of water to take my pills with. Got to the window and was told by two... people that the caramel latte was more money. Ok, so I asked what flavor can I get for $3.00? They said white chocolate,peppermint or mocha. I asked for a $3.00 white chocolate. And I asked for the senior discount. She then told me that would be$6.00. I said how can a three dollar latte be $6.00? She said that the water was one dollar. Then there was much back andforth conversation about this purchase and she said it would be $4.60 with the water and no sr. Discount. Then a man came tothe window to say that the $3.00 late is only available on the app. So we were back to $.6.00. I told them they were nuts anddrove away. I got my coffee and free water at McDonalds.
