worst dunkin? donuts i?ve ever been to. there customer service absolutely horrible, i ordered a frozen coffee. in my opinion it... was too sweet for me to drink, no big deal. i respectfully went back and asked for a refund and they said they couldn?t give meone, so i asked if i could get something else instead. the lady attending me said, ?i?ll change it for you this time but i can?tjust give you a refund because you don?t like it.? like ????. on top of that when i got my hot chocolate it was only filled halfway. 10/10 would not recommend. First time coming most likely my last. My coffee was terrible threw it away after a few sips, I ordered a large mocha ice, it... tasted as if it wasn?t stirred properly all the chocolate was on the bottom. I?m very glad I ate there cause I was missing someitems. It took about 10-15 mins maybe even longer to get hash browns after I got my food. Other than that it was ok ??????????? Read more

This place is always just a hassel to go to. Each time I'm there Staff is just rude or very aloof. Went there this morning and... the clerk charged me for the wrong order, and the clerk never told me my total due and when we pulled up to the window and askshe said "Go Look for it". When I saw I told her that's the wrong price cause I knew my order cost more than what was listedwhen I finally saw the screen. But she had already taken my card and when I asked her if she did charged the wrong order shetold me "No". So then she confirmed the right order and did not give me a reciept. She then only gave me half of my order, itwasn't until we sat for a good couple mins she didn't even realize we were still waiting on the other half. There weren't evenany napkins nor a straw for the drinks. I get home only to find I was charged twice. So I called to try and ask for a refund andthe manager seemed like he just wanted to get me off of the phone, telling me to come in for a refund. Today after Church went to the drive thru and ordered a iced coffee, took 1 drink and nasty brown crud came up through the... straw. This is the 2nd time it has happened at this location. So today we went back to the location and went inside to addressthe issue only to be made fun of at laughed at by the employees . Dirty and unsanitary conditions along with rudeness is not acceptable. Never will get my business again. They didn't even offer to give us our money back. Customer service here sucks. Read more
Everywhere else was closed today due to a power outage in the specific area so from a business perspective this was a failed... opportunity. The girl taking my order, jennifer, was extremely rude rushing my order constantly asking with a very sarcastictone ?anything else? even cutting me off mid sentence and wasnt getting the correct order. Especially when I was asking for thetoasted white chocolate latte and she repeated back to me ?coffee with white chocolate flavor? I said ?no I want the signaturetoasted latte iced? and this girl reply to me was ?THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU SAID BEFORE? not only did I never say the word coffeebut I didn?t even finish my sentence. I also had to repeat my breakfast sandwich twice because she kept cutting me off. Absolutely offensive and unacceptable for any business. When you?re having a bad day you should pray about it instead, if youstill want to earn your money, don?t make it a practice to try to ruin somebody else?s. I will be reporting this to managementand corporate as my lattes were not good either there was no toasted white chocolate and I went to the other dunkin off Monocacyto order a new one with no issues whatsoever. They even asked me to do a taste test and made sure it was to my liking I didn?task for anything extra or different from the first store.
