It was a bad night to go here. It was like 9ish. We were seated and the super friendly waitress took drink orders. When we were... ready to order, she explained that all the kitchen staff just walked out. She said we can stay but the manager is the only wayback there and it will be at least an hour. I felt really bad for her. We decided to leave because we came by for a quick biteand had a child with us, we just got back from The Ravens football practice. She offered us to go drinks and I told her that Ihope her night gets better. Never leave your coworkers in a bad position. Read more
Never order delivery from these people they will always get it wrong. I've gotten pancakes no syrup, coffee no sugar, unions... instead of plain it goes on but I'm done wasting time on this 1 location don't even call to ask for what you paid for they willput you on hold and hang up on you. Today we went to Denny?s on Patrick street in Frederick. They were low on staff today, however we were in no hurry. We just... wanted loaded nachos and they sure delivered!!! The chocolate chip and banana pancakes were superior!!! Our waiter was a bitoverworked due to the staff shortage, but he was professional, kind and gave us great service. This was unexpectedly one of the best burgers I've ever had. I got the bacon avocado burger. Mozzarella sticks were crispy and... really good too. Fries ???? and the milkshake ???? also highly recommend the cheesecake. My husband got the bourbon burger whichhe loved so much, he ordered it again next time. Our waitress was not very good, we had everyone other than our waitress, including a cook, asking if we needed... something. Another waiter started getting us drinks and such because our waitress was just standing at the bar staring at thecomputer waiting food. When she brought us food, wrong size even after she asked and confirmed the size we asked for, and saw wehad no drinks she didn't get us anything. Just stood at the bar and waited. Another waiter and then a manager waited on us. Shehad the audacity to seem shocked that she didn't receive a great tip. While she was cleaning tables around us she didn't ask ifwe needed or wanted anything at all, when I tried getting her attention she legit ignored me and then I saw the ear buds so iknew she couldn't hear me at all.
