Visited on a Saturday afternoon around 4:00, party of 2. Server was nice. It took 45 minutes to get 20 wings, potato wedges and... a salad. The food was very good. Drinks were never refilled and tables were not being bussed. Employees were walking right pastdirty tables and not picking stuff up. No sense of urgency at all. Our first time here and it will be the last time. This restaurant was filthy. Tables needed to be bussed and there was trash all... over the floors. We were hungry, so we stayed. I ordered a plain hamburger for my son and stressed it needed to just have meaton a bun. It came out with cheese, so they had to remake it. The rest of us ordered traditional wings with all sauces on theside. When we finally got our wings, they were all covered in sauce. A few of them were covered in a sauce we didn't order, thatwas so spicy they were almost inedible. It took a good while to get our food and didn't want to wait any longer, so we ate theother wings. I brought the mistakes to the waitress' attention. She said she knew the kitchen messed up our order, but shebrought it out anyway instead of having them fix it. She said she would have her manager comp part of our order, which didn'thappen. The manager didn't even come out to speak to us. When we left, the counter where customers pick up to go orders had 3-4soda cups that were clearly being used, and other random debris sitting out. Went at 8pm on a Friday and it was pretty quiet. However, it took a while to be seated. One of our appetizers didn?t arrive... until we were done eating the entrées and ready to leave. The other came out cold. The biggest issue is that it was absolutelyfilthy everywhere. We were seated by a small kitchenette and the trash can was overflowing onto the floor. Had the worst service out of any restaurant I had ever been to. It might be NFL Sunday but due to that you would think the... workers would be nice and the place would be well organized but it wasn?t. We got there before two parties and there was onlytwo of us and those two parties sat before us. We told them that we were still waiting and all they said was sorry and didnothing about it. Don't get the new bird dawgs, we just went today, talk about pathetic looking, the chicken tender was so small that the bun was... most of the meal, there was barely any sauce, and it was sad. Read more
Service was ok not busy there but when the food came out 1st was for my grandson thank goodness and he enjoyed the FF. Mine was... a just a cheeseburger with lettuce and tomatoes nothing else but after a couple of bits I looked at it mayo, mustard, andpickles were on it. I can understand the ratings now that I've read them. My wings came out dry with barely any sauce and they were starting to get... cold so lord knows how long they sat out before being served. We went in at 4pm and were the only ones in there. Most of thestaff were sitting around talking or texting on their phones. This place needs some new management or someone checking for staffand quality assurance. Our waitress was good though and this place does have room for some great potential. Read more
