Jerrod & Bub-B-Que catered my wedding. He was great to work with, had lots of great ideas for the menu and how to make sure... everyone had enough to eat, and IT WAS DELICIOUS! He's a meat wizard! Wonderful BBQ, especially the ribs, brisket, and shoulder/pulled pork. As a former BBQ competition judge, it's great BBQ and... just as importantly he is consistent with his product. Eaten there many times and will continue to enjoy his food. He isprimarily open in warmer months but he has been open on occasion during the colder months. Literally the best BBQ in Maryland, not sure what else to say... it?s the best, and everyone that works there is super friendly... and always a fun time. Plus tons of parking, which is a huge plus considering it?s downtown and we all know how bad parking canbe. And now that we are doing social distances this is the perfect spot to pull up, park, grab the food and eat in the car or atone of their picnic tables. My number 1 is the brisket. Read more
This place is for the real BBQ lovers. I first tried the food while searching for a BBQ caterer for my wedding. Needless to... say, I went with Bub-B-Que for the big day. Wedding was about 2 weeks ago and the guests are still talking about the food (espthe brisket). Overall, Bub-B-Que did an amazing job...showed up onsite with the smoker (which I highly recommend to all bridesto get), and started to cook. Then was very flexible when it came time to start, as we were running a bit behind schedule.Again, the food was amazing and guests are still talking about it. Also, top marks for friendly service and pricing! We optedfor the 3 meat, 3 sides and some cornbread option which guests appreciated. My (now) husband and I actually went back a fewtimes to the food truck in between the initial food tasting and wedding, and plan to go back whenever we get a hankering forsolid bbq (as we are about an hour drive away)...it?s honestly that good. I worked with Jerrod and crew for the first time when Bub-B-Que catered a wedding reception where I was event manager. He... simply set up his mobile equipment across the street and ran the food in for service when ready. His crew was worked quickly,cleaned up their area and were super polite to guests and staff. I ordered very last-minute for a 50th birthday party. Jerrod was able to work with us to get everything we needed delivered... ahead of the event. We had some confusion a few hours before the event and Jerrod quickly resolved the matter before the eventstarted. The ribs are excellent and the crab dip was great. There was plenty of mac n? cheese that everyone enjoyed and thecornbread will not disappoint either. I would use them again for any catering needs and they earned a lot of new fans that day. Read more
