Tried out Big Papis Tacos today and I was impressed. Truly was a little skeptical of trying the birria (I usually make it at... home because most places are too bland for my likings) but I took the chance and tried it anyways and man oh man am I glad thatI did! Truly one of the best tasting tacos I?ve ever had. The flavor was impeccable and the beef was well seasoned and verytender. I also got a horchata, it was by far the best I?ve ever had. It tastes very authentic and I couldn?t have been moresatisfied with my order. The guac is also good, my chips were a little stale but I won?t let that ruin my review. Food was excellent. We had the Birria tacos with consomme, carne asada quesadilla, and loaded fries with carne asada. Fries... could've used a little something more, and they definately left off the scallions it was supposed to have. Tacos were great, quesadilla was the favorite. There's no indication on their signage or upfront on their website that its pickup only. We wentthere with the plan of dining in, so that dissapointing. Even just a bench inside to sit on while waiting would be animprovement. Read more

I?ve never seen a staff so lost. The only person doing anything was the cook. The females working seemed confused and didn?t... know where the food already brought out went?they kept opening and closing the food boxes. Most of the time, the females areseen playing with the bags. We drove an hour and 10 minutes because we heard this was a good spot. We waited for over 30minutes, as people before us were still waiting for their food. It?s a very unorganized system they have in place. No oneattempted to help the cook as he was overwhelmed with online orders. I probably won?t return to this place and stick to mylocal taco spots. Read more

Tried this for the first time tonight and it didn?t disappoint. We ordered the kid?s quesadilla with fries (free on the menu)... and my daughter loved it! Carne Asada and Tinga Tacos were so flavorful and delicious. I especially loved how tender the Tinga(chicken) tacos were and it was submerged in flavor! The Rock Fish Taco was great. Great food & staff. There is something there for the whole family to enjoy. I ordered the tinga tacos & added guacamole &... cheese, it tasted amazing. The street corn was great too. Prices are a little higher than some other area restaurants but worthit for the quality & service you get from Big Papi's. I hope one day they get to expand more & offer seating inside/outside.
