Went in order. Got my food took a bit something was missing. Went back ask was told were out of that for that. Asked why wasn't... i told ? Ask if i wanted money back asked if i could get something else instead. Said sure asked for another only to be toldsure but were out of something for that sandwich to. Ended up getting my money back. Wow! Firstly, the store was IMMACULATE, every surface and table was clean. I ate fries I dropped on the table, THAT IS HOW CLEAN... IT IS. The staff here is TOP NOTCH, the employees were polite and treated me with patience and respect, my order was correct,and she ensured that I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. Better than most times I am in a full service restaurant. Theyoung man in the light colored striped shirt who I assume is a manager, however, DESPERATELY needs to learn interpersonalskills. Body language, facial expression, verbal tone, all of the above showed me his displeasure in serving me. All I asked himfor was a bag to take my leftovers to go. As a 10 year customer service veteran, I plead you to look into the potential of thewonderful employees here, they truly outshined their management today. AGAIN, I implore the owners of this business to lookinto the quality of staff here, and to ensure that the managers are who you want representing your business. WOW..the staff was terrible. Cashier talking so low we asked her repeatedly so say that again (drive-thru). Very rude and all of... our food was COLD, HARD & OLD????. My 8 yr old didn't want any of it. Not even the fries and he go the curly fries. NO WE WILLNOT BE RETURNING.???????? Read more

I had the new wagyu ranch bacon burger. It was better than I expected. The staff was VERY friendly and professional and totally... engaged. Thats sooooo rare these days. Its was a quarter of 4pm on 6/2 so whatever staff was working, PLEASE commend them, ifthe management is reading this. Especially the young black man, verry sweet young man. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars isthat the crinkle fries and the curly fries were both cold. ???? Also, the creamsicle shake was the BOMB. But please dont givethose paper straws with the shakes. They do NOT work well with shakes, only soda... Read more

Food is great but drive thru has been always terrible! Either they need training or short in staff, and never could meet the... manager anytime they mess up he?s not on that shift! So do online order better, but double check your order before you leave thewindow. Try the beef Greek gyro, Mediterranean chicken wrap, try the 2 for 6 offer or crispy chicken or Classic Roast beef.Their nuggets are amazing as usual, the curly fries are great. Read more

On this particular day, whoever was the windows person was a bit on the brusk side. I ordered the two roast beef sandwiches, and... they were out of their famous horsey sauce. That put a real dampener on the meal. So they lose some points on that one. It wasstill okay but nothing exceptional. Read more

Clean, well lit, very friendly staff. Great fries. Good roast beef. Terrible buffalo chicken sandwich (just skip that one.)... Would stop back in and try a different sandwich. Ordered another meal to go, and it seemed to take a while. Apparently, the POSsystem lost it. Brought our receipt to the attention of the person working the window. They quickly filled the order.
