Be prepared to wait an extremely long time to receive your order. Slowest service ever . I placed the order 30 minutes before... and they didn?t even start it until I got there . The food was not that good as well. No thank you for future visits. Do notrecommend in any fashion. There are better pupusas in other places as well. Read more
The google pictures show this as being a different restaurant. I asked if they are inisde the plaza of Aldi, but they are... really on the other side of Aldis. I placed an order and when I got to the restaurant I wanted to order from they didn't have myorder. I call Ana restaurant to cancel because of the misinformation and misleading photos. Before I could get a full sentenceout the lady who answered got upset and hung up on me. I don't mind the hangup as mush as the disregard to why I got confused. I guess it might be a regularly occurring thing with them. Maybe they should update their information on the web. Read more
This place has bugs, great food but has roaches. The first time I came in I didn?t see anything but the second time I came in My... husband seen one. Roaches were by the food, if you can get over the roaches the food isn?t bad! Customer service is horrible,there?s no one there who speaks English! Will never go back!! Read more
Bad customer experience through the phone. Made my order for pick up and was told to come in 15 minutes. I came in 20 minutes... and I was told I never placed an order or called when my phone call record says otherwise. Food was delicious, a quick place you can get homemade food to take out or sit in their dining room, is casual eating but fresh,... prices are regular, the amount of food was generous, I will definitely come back. Read more

First time in here! Like I always like to view all points when visiting a restaurant. First is costumer service! Great! I have... no complaints they were fast to take my orden and got food ready. Negative is once I got the food! It?s was to salty! Pupusascan do better and the curtido can do a much much better job. Overall the food needs more improvement! Read more
