Great place to get bubble tea. Wide range of selections which can be modified.
They have great tea but awful service. I?m sure other places have similar quality tea. They have extremely limited hours and... stop taking orders 10-15 minutes before close so when you rush to get there after work because they close so early, they won?tserve you. 5 min before close MAY be understandable but not 10-15. And this has happened multiple times where they?ve alreadycleaned up and closed everything. I just don?t understand. Change your hours then. Lady at the counter has an excuse foreverything. Says things aren?t on the menu anymore so she cant make them, but then tells you that you have to custom make it andall the ingredients are available that way (she recommended I do it this way). I no longer like to jump through hoops whennothing makes sense. There?s 1 lady behind the counter and she won?t take my food order because she says I have to wait in adifferent line, even tho she?s the only one taking orders. I don?t particularly think this restaurant wants to be in businessanymore, we should take our service elsewhere. Read more
Favorite boba place hands down. My go to is the cinnamon toast crunch milk tea but this time I got the hello kitty and its... really good too. The Taro fries are the best, I'm obsessed. Read more
This tea is incredible. Service was amazing and quick! Seriously, I would travel all the way to Ellicot City for bubble tea, but... no longer! Will tell all my friends to come here, it?s truly a gem. Bubbles had excellent texture and tea was so fresh! Read more
Best Boba in Frederick, hands down. Everything I've had has been delicious. Their milk tea with boba is perfect. Their chai tea... is really good too - it is more spice than sweet which I like (spice, not spicy). And the Thai tea tastes much better than otherplaces I've been too. I just wish they would increase their hours! Read more
My friends and family love the brown sugar milk tea and hello kitty drink! Highly recommend. i always come here for drinks.
The teas are amazing and we love the popping mangos, but the reason for 3 stars is because we?ve come to the establishment a few... times saying that they are open until 8 pm but when we arrive an hour before they?re supposedly open per online, they arealready closed. What a waste of time and gas. Please update your time online. Thank you! Read more
