Was in the drive through. I wanted a drink that that they couldn't make because the coconut milk was recalled. I didn't want the... drink with redbull either. I was going to just skip it but then another employee yelled over the speaker, "Hey, I got you. Iwill figure something out and make you something off menu." It was so delicious! Usually this place is great with service, they are a bit slow if you go in the morning before work so make sure you get up an... extra 20 or 30 minutes before if you plan on stopping at this location. I've been getting coffees and cold brews for a whilehere and I've had no problems except for July 1st on a Friday where the lady made me a cold brew mocha and it was terrible bothtimes the first time I drove back and had it remade and then after it was remade I think it even tasted worse than the firsttime. This use to be my spot, but within the last couple months the ability to make an iced Capp has completely gone. You charge $3.50... for a drink, while also raising the price every couple months, and cannot even make it properly. It is basically all cream, notthe proper mixture to make it like a slushy. I will go out of my way now to get one instead of going to this location. Thecustomer service is usually awesome and the outside is always kept up, which I appreciate. Read more
