I pulled in the drive through one morning around 8:50am. I sat there for a few minutes and someone came on the speaker and said... ?we open at 9:00? (who serves breakfast and doesn?t open until 9am???) I said ok. At this time it was 8:54, I figured I willjust stay at the speaker until they open in a few minutes. Then Someone came on the speaker and said ?you can?t wait at thedrive through you have to leave and come back at 9am? I said ok and left and went to McDonald?s for breakfast. If I could give zero stars I would, came to pick up a door dash and doors were locked so I went through drive thru and the lady... was very rude and snippy saying I needed to come in. So I waited in line since there isn?t room to go around the other cars andtried to go inside again but again the doors were still locked. So I had to knock for someone to let me in just for them tostill be rude and very disrespectful and unhelpful saying I wasn?t supposed to even come inside. Horrible attitudes and customerservice experience. Will never come back here unless new employees are hired. Read more
I like Taco Bell and my three star rating has nothing to do with the food or price. It is about the time we had to wait for the... meal at the drive up window. We ordered on line before we got there and the wait was longer then if we drove up to the orderwindow and ordered as we arrived. It could have been they were short help but this reason is starting to get old. It alsoappears there have been so many new hires at any establishment I go to that their lack of experience adds to the inefficiencyand longer wait times. I compliment the staff member whp gaves our food at the window however. She realized the wait was longerthan expected and apologized on her own initiative. Read more
At least at this Taco Bell they put cheese and meat on your food!!! So sad how much this place went up and they still can't... always get their food straight!!! Taco Bell use to be reasonable and if they did forget the meat or the cheese on one thing atleast you had to get a chance of one being made right and you would not have to break the bank now you get 4 things and it's 40.Something then they took all the good food away what a shame Taco Bell just so you can take the price up in charge more and getless!!! This location is HANDS DOWN the most prompt, professional and kind location I?ve been to throughout Michigan. We were a little... over an hour late picking up our mobile order and the woman working was SO sweet and apologetic for having to replace it due toit being old. She greeted us with the biggest, most genuine smile. It was remade SO fast, she gave my son a slurpee for our waitand sent us on our way. I?ll DEFINITELY go out of my way to exclusively go to THIS Taco Bell from now on.???????????????????????? Read more
