This is the first time I had Savvy and it was not on point. My other experiences were exceptional but this time and this... location let me down. The food was only ok. The homemade lemonade was excellent the chicken strips excellent the honey mustard excellent the burger excellent the sweet... potato fries piping hot and delicious. Customer service 100% on point. Food is okay at best. They do not follow orders and when you call to speak to a manager they initiate you?re lying and request... pictures of everything. Why have the options to customize if you can?t follow them!? The manager is not friendly either. Theburgers are dry, and the fries are barely ?seasoned?. You get barely any toppings you put on a few onion pieces and 3 littlepieces of mushrooms, ridiculous. For $50+ to feed my family of 5 this isn?t worth it. This was our second time trying to givethis place a chance. Take your business to five guys and pay a little more, it?s worth it compared to this place. Read more
