DON'T GO HERE. They used to have good food and okay customer service. Now it's just worse. We had ordered a 16 piece chicken and... 2 large cajun fries. When we received the food, the chicken was fine but there was no fries. When we called them, there was noanswer. After calling about 3 times, someone picked up and we informed them what had happened. The female worker said that sheput in the fries inside the box with the chicken. We explained that there was no fries in the box with the chicken. Insteadthere was an small empty box with the fried chicken. After repeating again to the worker, she offered to either pick up themissing fries today or tomorrow. Just went back to pick it up, sat at the speaker box for at least 10 mins, no answer fromstaff. Went to the drive thru window and sat for about another 15 mins before someone came to the window. There was no one inline but me. When I received the fries, she opened the door and said have a great night and closed the door and walked away fromthe window. After reviewing the fries, it was a big disappointment. Looks like 1 box of fries split in half. I should've askedfor a refund at this point. Horrible service. Won't be going to this location again. I placed an order thru the app that I downloaded but it wasn't found when I got there. Idk what happened. But thankfully, the... manager looked at my phone and just saw that I did pay for it, so she whipped up my order pretty quick. I don't understand why uhave to ask for pickles on the chicken sandwich when the picture shows that's the way it comes but.....and I hate when my foodis thrown in a bag. Supposed to get 3 fries, got 2 upside down in a bag....nope. the manage did make it right. Also, got a Coleslaw that looked like it came out of the garbage, like it was half eaten.....really? Why would u serve that? Check ur food inthe drive thru or at pick up. Ordered a 16 pc tender with fries and macaroni the chicken was old and tough and some of it cold?none of it was fresh. The... biscuits were very oily and somewhat overdone and they gave us shrimp instead of fries which we didn?t realize till we got homeduring rush hour. I was having a really bad day already so I took my last $11 and went to get food. I don?t drive often so I was scared to drive... myself to Popeyes. Once I got there I got my food and drove home. When I pulled into my drive way, I found out that they gave methe wrong order. I shouldn?t have to check my food before leaving the place. I ordered fries and a sandwich. The lady even saidto me ?it?s just going to be 2 more minutes on your fries? then proceeds to give me the complete wrong order with nothing that Iasked for. This made me break down in tears. Read more
