Jimmy johns is arguably the best sub shop around. The fresh bread and the toppings are very good. It got a 3 star because their... young staff laughing and looking at us like we were part of their joke. It was very very uncomfortable. The people I was witheven said something along the lines of "That's so unprofessional and that's who jimmy johns wants to represent their company?"Teenagers that laugh at the customers. I was calling to order delivery as they are the only store close to me that is open after 8pm I?m seriously am only 2 1/2 miles... away and would have tipped I was told to call the gratiot location they won?t deliver to me ! The reason I called you wasbecause your the closest one open would have made it worth the drivers time but he said no guy taking the order felt bad andkept apologizing! Great sandwiches. Very frustrated with pricing. I don't begrudge anyone a profit and certainly not blind to inflation but this... location has raised their prices every month for at least the last 3 months of history that displays in my account. Everyoneknows costs are going up but I think it is being taken advantage of here. Increases every month? And not just on my favoritesandwich, I checked others too. This locations runs about $1 higher per sandwich than both of the next 2 closest locations tothe Fraser zip code. Really wishing I could get a JJ for lunch right now but not going to continue to be extorted. Read more
Friendly crew. Got my order #7 Spicy Italian right (done through Speaker.) My only beef is with the App. I can't eat the whole... thing in one meal so I don't want the Italian Dressing on the side. The App doesn't allow for a specific request. So, I can'torder ahead. Read more
Was hungry in a pinch, so had to settle. Forgot how hard their bread crust is. Not a fan of their style of Italian dressing,... it's really a bland oil & vinegar, no spices whatsoever. There are better sandwiches shop options that'll leave a lastingimpression. Not on the bottom of my list but no where near the top. Read more
If I could give this store 0 stars I would. ?Freaky fast? more like freaky slow. How long does it take to make a sandwich? The... delivery time is always more than an hour for a sandwich. I can get a steak and lobster delivered from novi faster. I?m a mileaway from this location and this happens every time. I could walk there and get it faster. Do better. Read more
