What a wonderful experience!!! Justine and the Shreddy team did a wonderful job with a big catering order for our family... reunion. I was concerned if I ordered enough for our large party, and we are enjoying the tacos bar for a second time!!! Verygenerous portions. The guacamole and salsa were both super fresh and plentiful, each protein was super tasty and we couldn?tstop talking about how great the food was. If I could give 10 stars, I would!! Shreddy?s is fantastic! Everything on the menu is spot on. From the tacos to the quesadillas to the topos nachos - you can?t go... wrong. I?m a local and eat here @ least once a week. We were taking an Amtrak past Fraser. Desperate not to eat train food I called Shreddy?s 20 minutes out and asked if they could... meet us on the platform with a few boxes of tacos. We got 12 carne and 12 Al pastor tacos and a side of guacamole. Guacamole did not come with chips and also our container of guac... was 100% eaten out of or something. Container was not full, you could see the bottom of it, it looked like someone had eaten outof it and put it back. Tacos were fine, tortillas were very dry and our food was not hot when we got it. It also took 15-20minlonger than it was supposed to (50min from when we placed our order). Their sauce was incredible. Super spicy and super tasty.But we were pretty disappointed by the guacamole and cold tacos. Read more
