New to the area. Yesterday had BBQ on a bun. Had no real taste of flavor. Waitress was fine. Went this afternoon for lunch and... their Spaghetti with Meat Sauce Wednesday Special. It was not hot, only warm and did not have any flavor. I complained butnothing was done. Worst Spaghetti with Meat Sauce I have ever had. Very limited Cafes in this area but probably will not goback. Food is pretty good and decent prices. Good country cookin. My only complaint is when they get busy (especially on Saturday?s)... they take their phone off the hook which is very inconvenient because then have to go in to place your order and wait a whilefor your food. Read more

Had the catfish and shimp. Everybody's food was delicious. I'm a big seafood lover and they make some of the best seafood.... Better than may seafood restaurants. Along with the southern cuisine which is wonderful. Read more

We live in Smithfield & visit my mom-n-law often in Kittrell. We chose this place to eat lunch & was highly disappointed. Not... only did we sit for a while before a waitress came, but after ordering, our food was delivered warm. No one came to offerrefills or give us any attention. We had to go to the counter to get a to-go container & our own refills. The waitress informedus that they didn?t have a shortage in wait staff (plenty of them were there). The manager went around to the tables but notours. Please tell me why we received such awful selective service? Read more

I absolutely loved the food. I loved the servers, all of them worked so well together. The atmosphere was so welcoming. It was a... Tuesday night and they were busy with a wait but handling things so well and calm. We didn?t have just one server either, wewere asked multiple times if everything was okay and if we needed anything from several different waitresses. It wasn?t ourfirst visit, nor our last. My wife and I try to go at least twice a week. We have gotten to know quite a lot of them and enjoythe time spent there. It?s a home cooked meal away from home. Team work is definitely applied by the majority of them. The onlything that my wife has noticed is that the head server or manager (I?m not sure which) is not very polite. She doesn?t treat allof the girls the same way. She definitely doesn?t treat them with respect. We?ve watched servers come and go from the restaurantand a lot of the ones that have left have confided in my wife that the reason most of them leave is because of ?favoritism?. I,myself, have noticed that you usually see the same faces more frequently then others. So I understand where the favoritism comesinto play. I have watched the manager treat certain girls way more differently than others and sometimes it?s hard to bite mytongue when I see it. She treats the ones that work so hard poorly and let?s the ones that don?t work so hard get away witheverything. Like I said though, the food and servers are amazing. Management may need to be looked at a little better and somechanges should be taken into account. One bad seed could kill the whole crop. Read more

Extremely busy at certain times but we were well taken care of. Our waitress was very nice, and very attentive to us even on a... busy Friday night. Our food was hot and tasty. Breakfasts are very good as well. Check it out! Read more
