As I came in to order, there were 3 or 4 people at the front working. Not a single person acknowledged me. The drive thru work... came from the back and went over to the drive thru then came back to take my order. The front register person came in and theyasked where he was and he replied he was out throwing boxes away. I had paid for my order and was waiting. He never went towash his hands, which he had one glove on one hand but not the other. I sat down to eat and looked out the window and he is outsmoking with the same one glove on and one off. He came in went behind the counter and never washed his hands. Attached is apicture of him outside smoking. They have a 90.5 grade. Stay away. I threw my fresh hot French fries away because he touchedthem with his hand. As I left, he was outside at the dumpsters again, same glove smoking. Synopsis: Prices and service were good while the food left something to be desired. Picked up Hardee's 2 10PC Tenders for $9.99... and was largely disappointed with the product. My girlfriend and I had 3 and 4 tenders respectively in our boxes out of the 10.The others were small pieces of chicken coated in an enormous amount of breading. We hadn't expected 10 full tenders, but tohave more than half of our meal be a let down soured dinner. We also purchased milkshakes that were everything we could haveasked for, and ended up making up for the miss on the tenders. I will also say that although the drive through was relativelyslow, the young lady at the window was polite and provided good service. It was our first time grabbing food at Hardee's andlikely the last time we stop by for a quick bite to eat. Fast service.. the drive thru line moved very quickly.. the food was absolutely delicious.. breakfast is always... good ???? my favorite meal at Hardee?s is the bacon egg and cheese combo with a dr pepper soda.. I gave two stars because the guy was friendly at the drive thru and their tea was good, but I rarely ever leave bad reviews. In... this case I must say for the money I spent I was pretty disappointed. One out of my five chicken strips was good. The rest wereimpossible to chew up and were like they had been cut down the middle to make more strips. And the fries were barely warm andsaturated in grease.
