Terrible service! I dealt with two employees Kris and Prince who need to attend customer service 101. After informing me that... they no longer had lemonade he turned around and walked away, as I took a phone call. Kris looked at me for 2 minutes and didnot acknowledge me waiting to place an order. Prince then came by and shouted if anyone needed to place an order to step down.After stepping down 1 feet Kris took my order, she was short, rude and condescending. Ordered on Uber Eats and they do not package anything properly. The driver dropped everything because they packaged 2 iced... drinks into a brown paper bag. OF COURSE ITS GOING TO RIP! SMH. They took forever to even prepare 2 drinks. Will never again beordering from them again. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would, this location just has the worse baristas. Not very welcoming and the drinks are not that good.... I?ve given this location enough tries and I will never come back.
