12/10/22 Ordered Chef Gigis delivery from there website. Website predicted 45 - 50 minutes, I was prepared to wait because I... just love the food from gigis. It also has been a few months since ive ate there. I was thrilled when i found my food arrived inunder 30min !! . It was my first time trying there tiramasu and it was phenomenal. The pie as always perfection. I wanted toalso mention that although I ordered a can of Fanta they didn't have any in stock so they gave me two sodas even though I wasonly billed for one (thank you) .. I believe the man who delivered my food was the chef and owner, I've seen him making pizzasbefore. Other places if there driver didn't start working yet would call and cancel the order but none of that happened my foodarrived quicker than I anticipated with an extra soda and from who I believe is the chef or owner. If only other businessestreated there customers this good. Keep up the awesome work and thank you. Look forward to visiting with family because we alllove and enjoy the food service and atmosphere of sitting down together at chef gigis. I have been here a few times, especially for the pizza, and I always take out. The pizza is great. This time we decided to eat... in. What a mistake !! First of all, they need more help. The waitress seemed to be working the front desk as well. Trying to geta glass of water was a big production. We ordered an appetizer and was told that they ran out of potatoe croquettes so chefgave us more of the other items. That was fine. What surprised me was when they brought our pasta dishes, and we asked forgrated cheese, the waitress said they ran out of cheese!!!. This is an Italian restaurant, how do you run out of cheese?.Ridiculous. Also, portions were small, especially for a 24.00 plate of pasta. There was no bread on table and portions weresmall for the price of the pasta. Very disappointing. Will not be back anytime soon. Cheap service and cheap food. It's likethey don't care anymore. You better get your act together because there are 5 other italian restaurants right on the same blockthat have better food and service and better prices. Read more

Chef Gigi?s is without a doubt a unique pizza restaurant in a town that is known for pizza and Italian food and culture. To... summarize them they are not Italian American pizza it?s more like actual Italian pizza and food. Their American pie is shapedlike a grandma pie but looks like a regular slice. Does this look like penne pasta to y?all? Lol. I purchased penne alla vodka through doordash and wanted a gluten free option. I... received spaghetti alla vodka or whatever this is, instead. Big suggestion to the business (1) give someone what they ordered,(2) if something isn?t available, don?t give a substitution without contacting the customer. I called and told them theyshould?ve called me and the person on the phone says they can?t contact the customer for DoorDash orders? yes you can. There?san option on the tablet to contact the customer once the order is accepted/confirmed. You could even put items as ?unavailable?until whenever because an ingredient in the dish is out of stock. Pure excuses and lack of complete knowledge of customerservice. Never again. Some of the spaghetti noodles are undercooked and clumped together. I understand that I ordered glutenfree penne but this is spaghetti not PENNE, let alone GLUTEN FREE PENNE THAT I ORDERED. that?s the difference !! Read more
