I visited Pasha recently with the Facebook group NJ Food. We had a terrific time. The owners Azim and Uzma were so nice, very... knowledgeable and accommodating in answering any questions. Most importantly the food was delicious! We had a buffet, which wasa great way to taste all o their plates, and I?d have to say i wouldn?t be disappointed with any of them as a singular dish.Standouts were the lamb, kebab, and all their different sauces, condiments etc. Located in central jersey, it?s really not abad location for both north and south jersey residents to visit. We came here twice so far, and had mixed reviews. Last week was the first time we came here, and had a much better experience.... Yesterday?not so much. The place is located inside a plaza with other restaurants. The inside is spacious and neat; it has adecorative upscale ambiance. Our waiter Rayhan was friendly, and it was his first week at the job. He made some spot onrecommendations about what to try. Since we wanted to try as many of the items on their menu, we chose the "mixed" entrees. Weordered the "Chicken Mix Grill" with salad and the "Lamb Chops" with rice, along with their "Mint Lemonade" frozen drink. Thechicken mix grill consisted of a chicken chop, shish tawook, and chicken shawarma. It also came with pita, house salad, grilledtomato, grilled onion, grilled jalapeno pepper, and a side of garlic sauce. The lamb chops came with 4 pieces of chops, pita, grilled tomato, grilled jalapeno, and a side of garlic sauce. The lamb chops were pink inside, so if you want it thoroughlycooked, you should specify, as we weren?t asked how we wanted it. The mint lemonade was unique. Real mint with a tab sweetnessof lemonade-highly recommend for mint lovers! We came back last night, honestly just to try the mint lemonade. We were seatedat the same table as last time. Our waitress came over to take our order, as we researched the menu last time and on the way tothe restaurant. Trying to make healthier food choices, we ordered the "Chicken Mix Grill" like last time, and the "Fish of theDay"-which was salmon, both with salad. We ordered the Mint Lemonade, and Strawberry Mint Lemonade, but were later told thatthey didn't have, so we replaced it with "Pina Colada", and "Mango" frozen drinks. We also ordered their "Hummus" from the ColdMezze section. The waitress brought out the hummus and and a "Greek Salad" that we never ordered. Confused, we asked her ifthis is the salad that'll come with our chicken and fish entrees, as the chicken/fish weren?t out yet. She sh Read more

Food is tasty. There is good ambiance. The beef is cooked to perfection and is appropriately tender. The chicken melted in... your mouth and had a good amount of sauce. This is a good place to host small parties. Seating is limited in the generalrestaurant. I would recommend doing catering from here for an occasional Mediterranean cuisine. Read more

I came to Pasha on Thursday with my friends for College night. This was my third time coming to Pasha and the experience gets... better each time. The food was delicious and the deal is amazing! It's pretty hard to find a fine dining Mediterraneanrestaurant that's affordable for college students, but Pasha nailed it. The interior design is absolutely beautiful. It's theperfect environment for a nice date, family dinner or a night out with friends. They even make paying the bill elegant! You candefinitely tell that a lot of effort was put into creating Pasha. I would say more but you should go experience it for yourself! Read more

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Pasha last night and we were pleasantly surprised. When we walked in the door,... the first thing we noticed was the decor which is stunning from the light fixtures to the woodwork, all of which provide anamazing Middle Eastern atmosphere. It really is one of a kind. Our server, Anthony, was very friendly and attentive and themanager, Deep, went out of his way to make sure that we had a great experience. We ordered several items from the menu and werevery satisfied with everything. We had the falafel, warak inab, and mekanek as appetizers and for the main course, we had thechicken mixed grill and beef shawarma plate. Every appetizer we ordered was extremely tasty and all of the meats for the maincourse were tender, juicy and flavorful. We were too full in the end for dessert but the baklawa looked great as well. It wasall very reasonably priced as well. There are many Mediterranean restaurants in NJ but this one is unique in that the focus isLebanese cuisine - I would say it most closely resembled the food I grew up on when compared to several of the others I havedined at. Also, if you like hookah, the cloud 9 lounge is right next door so you can have a smoke and relax after dinner. It isBYOB so be sure to bring your own alcohol if you like to have drinks with dinner. Overall, we had a wonderful experience andwill definitely be coming back. We are so happy we found this place! Read more
