When it comes to restaurants coming in clutch, I doubt anywhere I eat will ever top this place. Back in November 2019, I got... stranded in Chicago when a snowstorm blew in and turned my hour or so layover into a one-night stay at a dingy motel. I'dhardly eaten on the nine hour flight home from London after a huge breakfast. I was absolutely famished by the time I gotchecked in after being stranded a few hours at ORD. This place was right across the street from the hotel, and it hit the spotwith Hawkeye-caliber bullseye. The man who helped me was super nice and my burrito bowl was one of most delicious I'd everhad. If I ever get back to Chicago, I'm making a point to visit this place again. Gracias, Compadres. How this place only has 4.5 stars and not 5 is beyond me. Evening tasted fresh and was amazing. The price to quality ratio is awesome enough, but then you realize that the burrito you just ordered is ENORMOUS. Be ready to... take home leftovers if you visit this delightful restaurant unless you want to stuff yourself silly, which, hey I won'tjudge. All in all, fantastic place. Highly recommended. Wow... I'll tell you straight up it's hard to get five stars out of me... very authentic, delicious food, excellent service....... And the price is definitely right. It's all about that red sauce though. Like fire in a cup with fruity finish.... But not sohot u can't eat it... Some of the best tacos in Chicago! Five star for sure.
