I purchased 3 scoops of ice cream on Oct 22, 2022. One of the scoops of chocolate ice cream was not fully pushed into the cone... and when I got outside a slight tip caused the scoop to fall off the cone. When I went back inside I mentioned this to the olderIndian lady that the scoop had fallen off and I needed another scoop. I was served another scoop and charged for it again. Whathappened to making a customer happy with a good pushed in scoop of ice cream? Last time I'll go to this Dunkin. I'd adviseagainst going into this establishment. Read more
It really takes a lot for me to write a negative review. Well, 3rd time is the charm. Let me just tell you that this is the LAST... time I go here! The morning crew is rude & have given me a hard time whenever they have messed up my drink. They neverapologize, they never say good morning or thank you. This is absolutely unacceptable! The window attendant in the morning is a really miserable person. I'm a paying customer but get treated as if I'm... inconveniencing her. She had the nerve to send me around to get back in line when I walked in and seen my food ready moved awayfrom the window just so she could feel better about herself. She has been an ongoing problem but I had enough and notreturning. They rather lose a customers than replace this sorry person. Bad service less than an hour ago. Went through the drive through for an ice matcha latte with oat milk. They gave me a hot one... and I told them I asked for iced they said no you asked for hot. STARBUCKS is just 1mn away. This DD is not set up to study and read like a Starbucks is. Music was playing loud over the... speaker system. The TV's volume was on high to drownout the music???? the chairs are made out of steel and they are heavy dutyso when a customer pulledout a chair to sit it would drag on the ceramic floor ????????. The girl that took my order perfect customer service skills. The Man with the glasses very rude and this is all the time. I... stopped going here for this reason even though it was convenient for me. He just points at amount to pay because I was like howmuch. And doesn't even say thank you & when he talks it's in a very rude way! No napkins/No bag smdh! Read more
