Tonight was a big disappointment. We are frequent local diners and tonight we invited a close family member to join us for what... we promised would be a wonderful dinner (she had never dined at Pazza before). Our reservation was for 6 pm, we arrived early,and our server Karen kept visiting the table and asking us to order since "we only could have the table for 90 minutes". On aWednesday? We all prefer fish, and when ordered. we asked to have the fish cooked more rare to ensure it was moist and not dry. Using her fingers, she indicated all the fish dishes were very thin, and the kitchen could not accommodate our requests. Ichanged my order for the Ahi Tuna salad (which was delicious!) but our guest did not. Well, her fish was 3x the thickness theserver indicated and was cooked to her satisfaction. I felt mislead by the server. Karen never came back to our table toinquire if our dishes were to our satisfaction...but the busboy did. Today was Wednesday, they were not busy. When we leftafter 2:15 hours of fine wine and conversation, they were less than 50% occupied. So when patrons arrive early for theirreservation, why tell them they should plan on leaving within 90 minutes? When we left, I tried to have a conversation withKaren, but she could not be bothered. Brought my family here for a dinner for my sons birthday. Atmosphere was beautiful, and our server, Karen was amazing! My son is... a picky eater but she recommended the bolognese pasta for him which he devoured in seconds. My salmon was cooked to perfectionand the rest of the family was impressed with their orders as well. Hats off to Karen, the chef, and her awesome crew. I?ve dined in at Pazza twice and order takeout from there about once a week. They go above and beyond every single time! The... food is always incredibly fresh and the ingredients are high quality. The Burrata app and the fried meatball app are two of myfavorites. And to top off the fact that the food is amazing- the staff are also always so kind and attentive. I recommend Pazzato all my friends and family whenever they?re looking for a delicious dinner! Read more
Plenty of outdoor seating, which we were hoping for because of covid. Our waitress was awesome, answered all dietary restriction... questions, paced our courses perfectly, and even made us cappuccinos to-go despite it being past 9:00. The pizza was perfectlydone, though less crust and a bit more topping would be even better. Presentation was great, they even split the pasta dish fortwo! We were just stopping by on a road trip, but definitely hope we can swing through again someday. Bookmarked immediately. Read more
I asked my daughter to choose a place to have a nice mother-daughter dinner so we could chat about her being an expectant... mother. She chose Pazza, and what a great choice she made! This little gem is a BYO with a nice menu. You can sit inside oroutside. No outside seating was available right away, so we were accommodated with a great table inside. The hostess was verysweet. Our server, Gianna, got right down to business. She was pleasant and efficient. We ordered mussels in a white sauce, anarugula salad with grilled chicken, and a pizza. The mussels were amazing! Plenty for the two of us (or should I say the 2 1/2of us). We would have liked some bread to dip in the delicious sauce; but it was not served with the dish, and we didn?t ask forit. When the salad came out, it was perfectly split. My daughter asked if the dressing (citrus vinaigrette) contained raw egg orfish and it did. Our server came by so quickly and offered a house salad with grilled chicken in its place, as my daughtercannot have raw egg. We were so impressed and appreciative of the attention to special dietary needs. Both salads weredelicious! The pizza had arugula, pepper dews, sausage, and caramelized onions and was amazing! I had my best friend?s bridal shower here and I couldn?t say nicer things about Pazza. I never visited the restaurant in person... before I booked but when I got there it was better than what I had pictured. The ambiance was warm, welcoming, and cozy. Thesize of the restaurant felt perfect for the part of about 40 people. Celeste was my main contact for the event and she was soamazing throughout the entire process from booking to settling the bill. She was available for all the questions I had leadingup to the shower and there to oversee the whole day. Michelle and Agnes were our servers and they really did an exceptional jobto make sure everybody had what they needed. They really paid attention to details and the timing of the apps, entrées, anddesserts flowed so nicely. The food was amazing and very plentiful. Everything was served family style with enough servings togo around and then some. They don?t nickel and dime you for dessert cutting costs, glassware for BYOB, and plate ware that Ifound other restaurants charge for private parties. Food 5/10 Decent food: got a salad and a pizza, quite filling and reasonable price. They had gluten-free and vegan options,... which was super great as we had people in our group who were both.
