I asked for no onions to be placed on the pretzel pub burger. I was told there were no onions on that sandwich. I questioned... again and was assured no onions came on that burger. When I got home, I had a load of onions to scrape off along with honeymustard...which was NOT listed as an ingredient on the sign. Very upsetting since I dislike both of those! Read more
Amazing customer service and quality, fair prices and good atmosphere. Depending on who's working, the food can be great and on time. OR, it can be just OK and a long time to get your food. The... photo shows that they didn't even power wash the area, that drive through customers see. They remodeled the dining room andforgot about the filthy back of the restaurant. Read more
Every time I go through the drive through it's like I'm bothering them and when you get to the window the lady is always rude.... Every employee I've delt with here is the same which just comes down to poor management. If I owned this wendys I would makesome changes. Read more

Then when u tell them they messed up the order thenthey want to have an attitude! Poor service all the way across the board! From top on dwn to the employees... Plz, Milwaukee, donot spend or waste your hard earned money on poor customer service and food you didn't order! Also, they're food isn't thatgreat to begin with. Not sure what's up with restaurants lately? More than that, just don't why I continue to order from them? Ordered a double with... mayo, pickle and onion. Also, a baked potato. Both were obviously microwaved and the burger had no onion! If I wanted amicrowaved burger, I'd just get some microwaveable burgers from the grocery! And if I wanted a microwaved, last night's potato,I'd just pick up some potatoes and microwave one myself! I think maybe you should hang a few signs in your prep areas that say:"would you eat this?, would you serve it to your family?" If the answer is "no" then just close the doors! You are not preparedto serve your customers the same food you've advertised since the beginning! I will have to remind myself, to have some burgersand potatoes on hand so I won't order from Wendy's! As far as the delivery, received it timely and the driver was very politeand friendly! Thus the 2 stars. Read more
