I have ordered from this Jimmy Johns twice, both delivery. Both times took almost two hours. The first time, the bread was rock... solid. The second time there was actual mold on the bread, which makes zero sense considering they are ?supposed? to sell theday old bread. The manager I talked to was clueless. Never eat here. Read more
I had ordered delivery from this Jimmy Johns today and it took an hour for it to come to my house. I had called the store to see... if they had received my order at all, and the guy put me on hold ?to check? but then left me on hold for 15 minuets withoutgetting back to me. About 6 minutes into the phone call I had finally got the notification on the app that the order was out fordelivery, yet i still wasn?t taken off hold. The delivery was at the door while i was still on hold with this store, so Idecided to hang up and just enjoy my sub. It turns out that they forgot multiple items during this transaction, and it wasextremely disappointing. As a paying customer, I shouldn?t have to call a bunch of times, especially when my order was over $50not including the tip i left for the driver. The customer service of this Jimmy Johns is a 0/10, and I only gave 1/5 starsbecause giving zero isn?t an option. I will not be returning to this establishment. Read more
I?ve never had issues with this location until the recent past month or two. Ever since they hired this gal that works the... window the service has been horrid. Every order she FORGETS half your items. Today was a soda, napkins and some of my order wasincorrect. This was a order online pick up in person. Before this I?ve done drive through order and pick up and she doesn?t takehalf my order down. So when I?m at the window and I ask for the item I asked for she gives me a blank stare. Then I check myreceipt and realize her error and leave. I mean I get every now and then but this is every time. I avoid going there now forlunch because I don?t want to deal with having to do someone else?s job. If I do get lunch from them it?s because I?m short ontime for lunch and they?re close. Read more
Last week my son ordered from Jimmy John?s for his whole family and I. The food was so wonderful and so fresh and it was the... best sub I think I have ever eaten. Today I ordered subs and went in to pick them up. Justin took my order and he was so politeand kind very professional. He made sure that the sandwiches are made exactly the way I wanted, because my son cannot eatmayonnaise.When I went in today to pick them up I noticed how clean The location was. Waited 1hr 45min for my delivery. Called twice and both times was reassured the driver was on their way with it now, which never... took less than 30 min. I live 8min away. Worker said they were short staffed and I get it, everybody is short staffed rightnow. But maybe give. A heads up to your customers about an extra wait time? Terrible experience. I asked for a #12 unwich with a double lettuce wrap and cut in half since it tends to fall apart. When the... guy gave me the sandwich I asked him if they had double wrapped it and cut it in half. He said yes. I watched them make it andknew they hadn?t so I opened it in front of him and said can you please double wrap this and cut it in half. I'm a semi driver and for the first time ever I was refused service because they don't deliver to cars. I've ordered tons of... times from my semi and was delivered with no issues. Maybe they had an incident involving a car? Either way, the guy on thephone was rude and they lost a sale. Read more
