Restaurant is clean, food is fine like any other cousins. Service is pathetically slow. I regularly order from the mobile app,... and every single time I come to pick up my food it is no less than 10 minutes late, even in a completely empty store with 3people working in the kitchen. Cashier even tried to give me another person's order along with my own. I'd hate to have to gohere when it's busy because these employees heads would probably be spinning trying to keep up with more than one order at atime. Read more

Our family has been going here since they opened, it has always been very good to us. Cousins is definitely our favorite.... Friendly staff, good service, clean establishment, great location, we will continue to come here with family and friends. Thankskeep up the good work. Read more

Call in to place a pick up order. The guy didn't know how to have me pay over the phone at first, got it figured out, no big... deal. Then 15 minutes later showed up for my order. Said it was still going to be a "while". Another 10 minutes goes by theythen ask me if I've been helped!!?? At that moment they find my ticket and tell me it has not even been made yet...... what anabsolute waste of 45 minutes. Almost no one in the store during this fiasco. Just when you think it doesn't get any worse thanthat. Get home to find they left everything on the subs. What's the point of asking to keep toppings off? Literally avoidingthis place at all costs in the future. Manager won't take calls. Read more

Stated clearly 3-4 times that I needed my food to be gluten and wheat free because of my allergy. Said ok but watched someone... else make them together and gave them to me without telling me. Now I am sick. Read more

A great cousins and a great location, with a very friendly staff who seem to be very experienced in their craft of forming... sandwiches. They were quick and efficient, and made sandwiches that were well put together well proportioned and cookedappropriately and well done. None of the meat was undercooked and all of the produce seemed fresh and appropriately prepared.The prices were Fair and the combos were Fair and last but not least they had several TVs and tables that were clean MTV's thatyou could watch while you were waiting for your food to be done. I'm honestly not the one to complain but I've been having continuous problems with my orders from this branch!???? my past three... orders have been short an order of fries and my sub literally had steak on only one half of the sub and barely any steak on it,and tastes horrible!!! I definitely recommend a different branch or a different restaurant because they just lost this loyalcustomer that use to order 3 to 4 times a week! Sorry cousins but you are no longer family ???? We have come here plenty of times before. Usually without an issue. The staff is friendly and usually do a good job with our... orders. Tonight was the first time that I can remember we had a problem. My wife and I ordered a whole ham and cheese, notomato, no onion, just mayo, lettuce and herbs. We also ordered a half chicken cheddar deluxe with no tomato or onion. We tookthe subs home and when we went to eat our subs we looked and the lettuce on both subs was brown. We were both disgusted and Idecided to return both subs. I drove back to cousins and when I got back I informed them that I would like to have new subs madesince the lettuce was brown on our subs and have our money refunded because I felt that this was unacceptable. The assistantmanager came over, I wish I had gotten her name, and said without hesitation that is no problem and she was sorry for theinconvenience. She also informed me that it would take a little bit to remake the subs and refunded my money and offered me adrink. I would give the assistant manager at least four stars because she handled it so well. The subs that they remade uswere perfect. The employees may have screwed up tonight but the assistant manager and the other employee who helped her rightedtheir wrong and kept me a customer. Read more
