I had the pleasure of dining here with a friend while visiting Franklin. Awesome!! I love this place!! Super nice staff. From... start to finish everything was great. I ordered the white fish with beans and chips and she had fried shrimp with Mac n cheese,along with cooked/stewed apples Everything was spot on!. Fish was fried perfectly. No complaints!! However the home style sideswon this round folks! Very impressed with this true southern bistro! Stopped in for dinner with a group of 12 including small children. The owner and staff were very accommodating, friendly and... personable. I had the seafood special with mac n' cheese and green beans. The food was delicious and made me feel like I wasback in my grandma's kitchen ???? when we go back to VA we'll be sure to visit again! Found Wydia's while visiting frankliFranklin. Let me just say most amazing food I have had so far. Amazing seasonings all around... the staff there are amazing. The food here is really amazing. Its really fresh and worth waiting for. Everything will come out nice and crispy the way it... should be. The desserts are really good also. My favorite thing on the menu is the white fish with the shrimp as a runner up. Read more

The waitress didn't even give us a menu to order our food I had to get one myself off the stand after seating ourselves, when we... ordered our food & the food came we didn't received any flatware to eat with and the order was incomplete missing a pork chop,the steak was over cooked it came out well done it was suppose to had been med/rare, and bread/rolls. When we told staff aboutour issues we told that's how we ordered the food? I think a 62/63 year old individuals would know how to order their food Thestaff should be retrained staff should be retrained in hospitality I was very disappointed because I had eaten there severaltimes before and everything was Good.
