I went through the drive through 2 times at 7:30 in the morning to try to use my free breakfast sandwich coupon and both times... toya the lady at the register, told me I needed to buy the sandwich and potatoes second time I came through since I bought thepotato wedges, and asked if I understood and I say?d yes and she told the other employees I didn?t. When I went through for thelast time today toya had little bit of a attitude, the coupon was a free breakfast sandwich with a purchase and I purchased 2things at separate times and didn?t get my breakfast sandwich. Y?all have to do something about the drive thru line being wrapped around the building. The dining room door was locked so I... wasn?t able to order inside. I understand if you?re busy but short staffed is not an excuse anymore - Pay people more and theywill come work. You don?t even have to raise the prices because if you would accommodate all customers you would capture thesales being lost from people that don?t have 45 minutes to sit in a drive thru line. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Placed a mobile order for pick up because I only have 30 min for lunch so I... excepted to be in an out. Got to the location and the drive through was ridiculously long for a Wednesday afternoon (placedorder around 1:50pm). After waiting in the drive through for about 5 min, without any movement whatsoever, I decided to park andgo in with hopes that it would be faster?.at this point 15 min since I placed the order has passed. Btw I ordered a $5 biggiebag with an extra jr.bacon CB and a taco salad with small fries. I walk in and there were 2 customers in front of me who werestill discussing what they wanted from the menu?.they were going back and forth with each other trying to figure out what theywanted so the cashier was just standing there. I politely excused myself to the other customers so as I could talk to thecashier with hopes that my food was ready for me to pick up. The cashier was extremely rude and deliberately spiteful. Sheassumed that I was cutting the line because she disrespectfully started talking about me to her co-workers loud enough for me tohear. At that point I addressed her and explained to her that I did not ?cut? any1 inline? that my intentions were only to seeif my food was ready to go since it was a mobile order and I had already placed the order over 20 min ago. She went super slowand then didn?t even get my order right. I will never ever go back to that Wendy?s again. My point is ? if you don?t like yourjob then get a different one instead of bringing your negativity to work and portraying it out to the public?.btw the managerhas no control over her employees?.facts: 2pm Wednesday afternoon and you have 3 customers inside the store at the counter (2 ofwhich are together) and approx 10 cars in the drive through. I thought the girl who took our order was a bit rude. When we placed our order I had asked for a ranch and a honey mustard and... when we got our food there were no condiments in my bag. So I went back to the counter to ask for some and she said aren't theyin your bag? I said no ma'am. It's just kind of threw them on the counter. Not very good customer service ?? Read more

This location is super busy more then most of the time with longer then usual lines. You can eat at a sit in restaurant quicker... most of the time unfortunately. I wish that Delightful would implement some type of outdoor order taking or double lines andchange how food is prepared in the store for faster service. Read more
