2nd time ordering online with Hardee's. Not only had my order not arrived but they were apparently out of what I ordered. I'm... down $15+ now because Hardee's "contact us" on the app leads you to a voice-mail which would've been helpful in 1992. EverytimeI come here I spend 15 - 20 mins in line. Even if it's 2 (me being one of them) cars in the drive through. I wasn't offered analternative or anything when I showed the email confirming my order. The employee at the register just said, "I don't even haveSteak". I will drive past this location if I am ever hungry in the future. You can change the outside appearance, but cant change the disrespectful workers inside. If you don't want to be at work stay... at home. Food is hit or miss one day its good, next day taste like its been sitting up there since 2 days before. Read more
Drive up and place an order at the drive thru. Ordered 5 total meals. After 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th the cashier is that all. With... a huff and a puff. Drive to the window and she is carrying on about "you save money when you by yourself, that's when you orderout, not when you got kids with you. Order all that why can't they come inside.... First of all I enjoy eating out with mygrandbabies. It's not about saving money when it comes to them. Secondly my grandbabies are honor roll students. They are notstupid and they are not deaf. They heard everything! Thirdly Glynnis if you are having a bad day stay home. This place is gets 1 million stars from me. I just want to tell everyone my experience. I had ordered some dinner for me and my... family however my credit card was not going through for some reason come to find out I had a bad chip in my credit card so as Iparked in the parking lot the manager Jennifer came out and greeted me and asked me was I in the military. I explained to herthat I was in for quite a while and told her to places that I had been and then she told me hey no worries your meal is on me. She paid for my whole dinner I was like wow this is crazy thank you. Hardee's needs to hire more people like her people whocare about the American military and what we do for this country. Unfortunately I ordered the new prime rib thick burger tonight, but my fault was not checking the bag. I got a regular thick... burger but charged for the newest. I was in a black jeep Patriot and it was around 645 on 5/19/22. Overall this is their firstmistake but pretty upset when I got home and didn't have what I ordered. I think the main issue with this location (as far as the drive thru is concerned) is that they are always asking customers to... either pull up or park. I get that the people in charge want to keep drive thru timers down but it's kind of inconvenient and Ithink probably lends to a sense of there being no rush at all to get people their food. I don't think this is the employeesfault. I think they are likely just doing what management/upper management/the owner tells them to do but I see plenty of peoplecomplain about this and the reviews complaining about this go back years with zero improvement. One time I was asked to park andthey completely forgot about me. After waiting probably 30 mins. I went inside and my food hadn't even been made. Clearly it'san issue. Read more
