Chicken sandwich was solid ok. The pickles could be more flavored. Bacon was hard and hard to chew even though it was thin which... was kind of weird. Loved the Zaxbys sauce. The fries taste like grocery store frozen fries. They?re alright. Could have had moreof that seasoning on them, they were kinda bland. Cookies are great. Better than McDonald?s. Went through drive thru. Got home and my nuggets were cooked in very old oil. Tasted terrible. Couldn't eat it.

So I love coming to this zaxbys to eat. It?s a nice area however there is a young lady by the name of Breann Brown. She is... extremely rude and has a very non trained dirty mouth. Walked into use the bathroom and overheard an employee eating at the table saying what the heck you must not be hungry. And I... was very hungry because I went up to the front to order and all the cooks are looking at me and laughing. So the joke is on menow. Okay got it. This is the worse Zaxby's I have ever been to. The chicken was hard and cold and dry! The fries weren't hot either not very... fresh but they were softer than the chicken was. Zaxby's is a staple if you want chicken. I got a signature chicken sandwich combo today. The chicken was juicy and crispy.... Pickles add a nice touch to it. The fries are seasoned just right and were fresh. Not too salty. I ate this meal quick. Thedrive thru was quick and the staff prompt and polite. Prices are above average but the quality is worth it. My husband and I were traveling through Nashville on our way home from a trip. Usually we love Zaxby's but this time we had... terrible service. My Kickin' Chicken Sandwich came with no buffalo sauce on it at all, just the white sauce. I didn't even getan apology when I went up and pointed it out to the person behind the counter. She only gave me one small container of sauce.Then when I asked for two more she only gave me one and told me that they usually charge for extra sauce. They made themistake, I shouldn't have to pay for it! Also my plate with fries sat in the window for a while before my sandwich was preparedso by the time I got my plate, they were cold. These people must have been the b team because they don't know how to correct amistake while making the customer happy. My husband's salad was good and he was happy with it.
