Good was amazing and staff was friendly. The wait for food was a little long. The place wasn't super busy. I believe there was a... little confusion in the kitchen. Overall great food and will make a return trip. Read more

Tonight, my friend and I tried a new to us place in Franklin: Wilco Fusion Grill . Summary: it's super delicious and has huge... portions and great service! This is another one of those order at the counter and take your number places, but don't let itfool you. This place has some pretty awesome flavors and the service is very prompt, accurate, and kind. We started with boththe guacamole and the queso. Additionally, salsa was delivered to the table. We had plenty of chips and dips. The salsa had thisinteresting smokey taste that made it almost have a barbecue hint. The queso was super creamy and delicious. The guacamole wasthat kind I love: chunky and full of onions, tomatoes, and flavor. The chips were on the thicker side, but they were not toothick. They were not perfect, but they handled the flavors of the dips very well. I ordered the chicken loaded steak fries.Instead of the pasta salad, I chose black beans. From the pictures on the website, I assumed this was going to be a smallerdish. I was absolutely incorrect. I was not able to finish my dish, nor did we finish all of our chips and dip. My loaded frieswere absolutely delicious, and I am pretty excited to have my leftovers later. The beans were not my top black beans ever, but Ibelieve they will go wonderfully mixed with my leftovers. My friend appeared to really like her dish as well, which was Ibelieve a chicken fajita bowl. She also had a lot of leftovers. Well the prices may seem high on the initial look at the menu, the portions are on par with that price. I probably have two meals in my fridge because she senf the chips and dips home withme. The menu also has some very helpful labels online, though those labels do not appear on the menu in store (unless Ioverlooked them). The gluten-free and gluten modified labels are very helpful. The gluten modified label shows items that can beeasily made gluten-free. And the gluten-free and gluten modified selections make a very large portion of the me Read more

So good. We got the chicken arepas, chicken tacos, and cheese empanadas. The food was fantastic. The empanadas are corn meal... based and had a great texture. This is going to become a frequent place of ours. Only downside was that it?s expensive. For thefood and one drink it was $53 (with tip). We were good with the price though because we got three meals out of it withleftovers. Read more

I have a food allergy, and was excited to see they had options that accommodated my allergy. Never did I expect for the kind... lady (pretty sure it might have been an owner but not positive), to take so much time to listen to my concern and make sure Iwould be okay and comfortable eating there. She even came by the table to tell me it was safe for me to eat the chips and alsocheck in on me after I got my food to make sure it was all okay. They wiped down surfaces and everything. I don't eat out toomuch, because of the allergy and most folks don't understand the importance of changing gloves or wiping down surfaces, andthat's okay. But I was so blown away at the above and beyond customer service and care. Oh, and the food was AMAZING! So muchflavor and so much food. I will 100% be back, and often. Read more

Easily the best Venezuelan-Middle East-Caribbean-American fusion place I?ve eaten at all week! But seriously, food is delicious... and service was top notch! The dishes are mostly new to me, but flavors are so good it still feels comforting even though it?sdifferent. 100% worth a visit! We got a dish each, plantain sliders to split, and one drink. Was about $50, more than Iexpected to pay but worth it for a good meal IMO. Read more

Decided to come after stumbling across what they had to offer on Google Maps. Wilco Fusion & Grill is outstanding. The place was... clean, service was friendly and accommodating, and best of all the food. . . good God, y'all. Their blend of American, Latin, and Middle Eastern is a far out idea that they nail perfectly. The menu is laid out in a way that explains in good detail whateach item is in terms of ingredients so there's no confusion as to what's being ordered. Five stars, for sure. Read more

Very cheery, family atmosphere. Open kitchen is very cool to watch. Service was very friendly and not too slow for a Sunday... brunch rush. I ordered the Mocca Fusion coffee and the Tacos Al Pastor. The coffee was very tasty and was the quickest item Ireceived. The tacos were fresh and very good! The flavors were great, and everything was well seasoned. I wish I lived closerbecause I would definitely come here often! Read more
