I pulled in 30 minutes before closing and was told that all the DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats orders took priority over mine,... thus I was refused service. Ridiculous that that?s what the industry has come to. I get the staffing shortages but that?s allthe more reason to not bite off more than you can chew to the point where you turn away actual customers rather than deliveryapp people who can?t be troubled to leave their home for food. Staff had bathroom cleaner on the order counter when we came in and never removed it and never cleaned off the counter. My... parents got the wrong order. There were gnats in the dining room. Staff spoke ill of others in my party. There were at least 5people working. Not sure what their side of the story is, but my perception is that they were immature, untrained or probablyshouldn't be any kind of customer service employee. My positive comment about the place is that we will never have to stopthere again since we were traveling though. Read more
It was quick and easy to order. I had #8 I believe it was a baconator meal large with Sunburst Melon lemonade and it was less... than $15. But I have to say it was quick and the lady taking orders handing out the orders getting drinks and taking money wasso kind and very pleasant nor did you feel rushed and she was very polite. She deserves kudos. I went there at the Franklin one7/20 at 12:30 ish so lunch crowd. Now the food mmmm I love there hot crispy fries they BEAT McDonald's hands down to me. Nowthe hamburger actually was bigger than you hand, there was cheese that you can see and yes people it was melted also.(I knowthat is a new concept ????) Plus there were actually REAL strips (and I do mean actual strips) of bacon that covered the burger.It hot juicy and delicious like a burger should taste and on a scorcher of a day we were having 98 degrees in shade thatlemonade helped quench my thirst. No I don't, didn't or haven't worked for Wendy's but it was worth the high prices thateveryone is faced with. Read more
