This place needs some serious work. Half the stuff I order is Taste bad like their putting expired products on my orders.
Crunchy Taco Supreme not so supreme. The sour cream was there, but I only got one tiny little diced tomato. I paid extra for... sour cream and tomatoes. The shell was about 2/3 full. I didn?t ask them to remake it because I think it should be madecorrectly the first time. Came back on November 9 and got a much better taco supreme. Read more

EDIT 10/16/2022: Normally service is pretty good here but recently on Sundays they have been short staffed and closing the... dinning rooms. The Mexican pizza came back and the staff must have went :( Good and quick. Drive through seems to do most ofthe business. Ordering from touch displays is now available here. Read more

Great service. The manager has worked at several other taco Bell's across the Country. She actually was was very friendly and... conversated with me and my family about how she loved her job while we ate. Best taco bell experience in Franklin for being onmain street and not as big as most of the franchise businesses. Read more
Staff was fooling around and not paying attention to me as I was ordering. Order was wrong but of course we didn?t realize this... until after we got home. I should have checked before leaving window. That was on me. Staff was rude and too busy playing aroundwith each other. Very unprofessional. Substituted chicken for beef on one item and there was 4 tiny pieces of chicken. I woulddefinitely think twice before going to this particular store again. Read more

The attention to detail the crew here provides is unmatched. 10/10 best spicy potato... soft tacos in the biz Update #1: Since publishing this review the spicy potato soft taco has since been removed from the menu.I now retract all previous statements made about this Taco Bell and choose not to dine here or at any Taco Bell for that matteruntil justice is restored to the dollar menu. Update #2: Justice prevails and the spicy potato soft taco has been returned toits rightful place on the dollar menu.
