Haven't tried the coffee yet but I ordered hot drip ten minutes ago.
This Starbucks was getting slammed 5 minutes before close. Then someone either went on break or left for the day as they were... working the rush. It took 20 min to get our order and they forgot to make half of it and had to finish the rest after close. Themocha cookie crumble Frappuccino was not as good as we expected but the Cafe mocha was okay. I've not seen a Starbucks have aday like that before. Disorganized and chaotic and people being served out of order and being turned away because it was notclear that they were closed. I recommend clearer signage or communication on when hours are done. Vanessa at Starbucks was amazing really sweet kind and helpful she went above and beyond. Definitely coming back.
Had a great experience and the staff was very nice. Even though they were closing very soon to our arrival, they severed a with... a smile and went the extra mile to get us served. I was on a date with my daughter and it was a wonderful memory for us!Thanks!! Read more
They?re always so busy so I can understand why my wait time can be long but they?re very friendly and do a very good job
Probably the busiest Starbucks around. There is "no down time" for these baristas since they are in the mall. Feel sorry for... them. I've never had a problem with any of my orders. Read more
Possibly the worst store I?ve ever been to. Definitely one of the slowest. How do you get bacon and egg from ? Ham and Swiss?.... My 1 yr old son was yelling ?Cake, cake, cake? guess what the last thing I got was after my coffee and sandwich. Read more
Says closes at 9pm its 7:43 and they are saying they are closed.. worst starbucks
