Have came to this sonic a few different time and each time the people taking orders are completely rude for no reason.. this... time I ordered two chicken biscuits and got two chicken slingers when I pushed the button to tell them I got the wrong thing theman taking my order was so rude and asked why I wanted just biscuits with chicken. Honestly the first couple times I came I haddecided to never come back but my husband told me they probably are having a bad day and to give it another chance but aftermultiple experience like this at the same location with the worst customer service ever, I will no longer be returning.. thewaitress was nice everytime it?s just the order takers Edit and I just found a hair in my biscuit ???? I ordered chili cheese tots during the morning before work due to a craving. After eating one I noticed that they were cold. I... asked for a refund and they offered to redue the order while also sending the cook/manager out to confirm that my order was coldand that I had tried a few (3 tots). This was an intimidating experience and I also had to request for a receipt so that Icould send this review in to the correct store. New tots were fine but I don't feel comfortable eating them due to theexperience. Read more
I've been to a few really bad Sonics, but fortunately, this isn't one of them. I've never had a problem here. Servers are always... polite and smiling, and the food is always tasty and fresh. I'd say you probably won't find a better Sonic anywhere. Read more
Kids running this place are always rude and screw up every order I ever make. Including the order to fix the screw up. If they... would stop for a min and let me talk, listen to what I'm saying, they would get it right. Read more

Worst customer service I?ve had in A LONG time. Whoever took our order (I think it was Mich?ell) this morning had the WORST... attitude. I?ve worked in the food industry for a long time & can understand being busy & not having enough staff. BUT they hadan attitude for NO reason with us. The ONLY reason I gave it a TWO star was because the sweet lady, Hannah, brought our food &saved the day just a little. Constantly getting orders wrong! Needs more/better staff that actually cares about helping customers. Like all Sonics it has... extremely mediocre food. Not sure why I expected any better than this. Read more
Open late as Google shows unlike Steak and Shake. Place was busy up to closing but quick service and great food.
