Very nice upscale pub food. Ample draft beer selection . We had Fish & Chips and the STRAMROLIE which is smoked pastrami,... parmesan cheese, mozzarella, basil, mushrooms, garlic aioli, wrapped in a Cajun pizza crust, side of dijon. Waiter was veryattentive, there when needed , but not hovering. All in all a good experience and plan to return to a restaurant that seems tocare about customer service. Read more
Great local comfortable place in Westhaven. Food is always good, fresh and consistent.
The ambiance was very nice. The whiskey Frites were good. The chicken wings not so good. The chicken wasn’t tender. The blue... cheese dressing was in liquid form and no chunks found in the blue cheese dressing. The fish & chips were excellent! Too manyfries to a Fish & Chip dish. Laura our waitress FABULOUS! Arrived for dinner with a friend for a celebratory dinner. We both wanted Scout’s Pub because we had it before. Seated, we ... waited several minutes and waitress arrived. A table came in 5 minutes after us, they had their food before us and there weremore patrons. Same waitress waited on them. I ordered a Scouts Burger with everything, bacon included. Meal arrived none of theextras. We had to wave the waitress down and she ran off. Several more minutes and the sides arrived. We asked for refills,water and soda. Sadly my food was cold, but I was hungry and ate what I could. We finished and had to wave someone down to askfor our ticket. Our refills arrived as we were leaving. No apologies and I felt like I was not welcome there. Just disappointedand sad, we really liked this place. As a minority I’ve now learned if I don’t feel welcome, I will leave immediately. Over 600 reviews I rarely give 1 star…. Been here for 2 hours an average Monday night at 7 and we’re still waiting for our... second drink and our food. Bartender does great for being solo, but honestly forgot to put out food in which is fine, ithappens, especially when your solo running the whole bar. But when he asked if we’d like to order we advised we already did,it was obvious he forgot. However, didn’t own it or apologize and then after another hour of still waiting for our food weended up canceling our order and leaving and going to O be Joyful. When we canceled it was just an okay, no apology. So muchfor date night and still ended up paying $22 for a jack & ginger and a margarita that was very average. Read more
We loved that our friend's dog could join us for dinner, on the patio! They brought him a water bowl with ice since it was hot... and checked on his bowl as well. The fungi pizza was absolutely delicious and I definitely recommend trying it! Everyone elsehad the 40's melt and two of them had gluten free buns. Their fries are very good and we appreciated them being able toaccommodate dietary restrictions! Read more
Very friendly and welcoming. Nice bar with good amount of indoor seating and outside patio also. Good varied menu items, apps,... salads sandwiches burgers. Craft and regular beers, wines and spirits. Reasonable prices well prepared. TV’s all around bar. Read more
