Would not recommend if with a group of 5 or more wait time for one pizza was ridiculous
What more can I say other than the pizza was absolutely fantastic and they have some pretty good deals for a meal! Of course,... mall food costs more than if you were to just order a pizza at home, but I always look forward to being able to grab a quickslice of Sbarro pizza when I visit the mall! Also, the stromboli/calzones that they have now look pretty good and I lookforward to trying one soon! Read more
A picture is worth a thousand words. See the photos of the pizza they charged me $23 for and asked why i was charged by the... slice rather then $14 for a large pizza. Horrible! Unfortunately, photos don't reflect unfriendly customer service. Used to likethe large thin crust from Sbarro's 10, 20, 30 years ago. It's gone downhill to the point where I will not be returning again! Ialso wanted to mention I selected four slices of pepperoni and four slices of cheese so they could simply reheat them and Icould get home cuz I was in a hurry with my daughters. Instead they decided to bake me an entire new pizza and have me wait whenI told them I didn't want them to do that. Didn't take 8 minutes like they said it took 35 minutes because they burnt the firstone. After I asked if I could simply take four slices that are already made and I'll reheat them when I get home she insisted nono no I'll make another Pizza so I waited even longer with an impatient seven year old and hungry 11 year old. What adisappointment! What a horrendous Pizza I received. He asked me to contact customer service. Why should I bother? They need toretrain their staff or replace them. Reached out to customer service. They simply stated "Thanks for letting us no" Sbarro CSRyou can find me all over the internet. Reach out to me and provide me with a replacement large pizza. I was in the Cool SrpingsMall yesterday and walked by Sbarro. Ordered a slice and large $14 pizza to go. It was much better. Crispy and the new staffwere great! Huge improvement! My son loves pizza, but it was floating in grease! We had to use about 10 napkins to blot all the extra grease! The service... was terrible. They forgot my order and sold it to someone else! Had to wait a total of 45 minutes to get his pizza! Won't begoing back! Read more
The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. After waiting for 30 minutes for my pizza, he told me they had sold it to... other customers. Then after waiting an additional 15 minutes or so for them to cook a new one, without apologizing he told me Ishould be "thankful he even cooked the pizza for me" and "why don't I go call Papa John's and then let him know how long thatpizza takes". I've never had an experience with a more unprofessional manager in my entire career. Read more
Extremely overpriced and not worth the money! We ordered sandwiches and we're very unimpressed. The sandwiches are mostly bread.... They literally had almost nothing on them. Skimpy is putting it mildly. I couldn't eat my philly cheesesteak because it hadmushrooms and I am allergic. I've never even seen a philly cheesesteak that had mushrooms before....ever. I went to the counterto get something I could eat and when I was telling the man at the counter about not being able to eat it because of my allergyand before I could get another word out he opened the register and said here's your money back and practically threw it at me.We'll never eat here again and this place really needs to work on having a counter employee who has customer service skills. The man who was here when we visited was rude and just didn't care. Also, their menu doesn't tell you what's on the sandwichesat all. It just says the name and the prices. No description at all. If they had a description I wouldn't have ordered thecheesesteak I would have ordered something else. Go somewhere else and eat and spend your money where they appreciate yourbusiness. Read more
On Friday night, November 4th, the saleswoman had a very bad attitude. I hope I don't see this woman in the future. There is not... a single piece of bread in the salad. My young daughter doesn't know how to eat it, otherwise I will never eat this pizza. Read more
