Unusually void of customers. Seated right away. Pretty good service. We had the langostino lobster-artichoke seafood dip and... lobster, shrimp, and salmon. Some of the chips were soft with the dip. Sorry y'all I forgot to take a photo of the delicious coconut shrimp and sweet potato meal I had but it was really excellent!... Thanks to the beautiful and gracious bartender that evening, my blackberry margarita was the awesome addition to an awesomemeal! UPDATE: This time I took pics... I was trying to upload a video but no success.*only allows pics* I guess. I wanted to capture the lack of sauce on this shrimp... alfredo pasta. Highly disappointed. Starting off with the positives. This location does have a call ahead option for their wait list When we arrived on a Friday... night during peak dinner hours, the wait was estimated for only 15 - 20 minutes. We were put at the top of the list since wecalled ahead and only waited a few minutes to be seated. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The manager proactivelycame up to our table to address an issue. We didn't ask for her as the issue was being addressed by the waitress. Thislocation is understaffed and looks a little run down. Lights were flickering above our table and I noticed another flickeringin a walkway. It took a long time to get our food and the wait staff was constantly running table to table because they werebehind. The manager was even pitching in. While we didn't expect great food from this chain, it was just okay. Our childrenliked the Chocolate Wave cake. I would say the experience is not worth the costs at this time. Read more

Food order was accurate, and ready when they said it would be. The online ordering was easy, and the food was really good. I... ordered the Monday special, endless shrimp which you can't beat. The Wednesday is a lobster tail and a sirloin steak, with yourchoice of two sides. Of course the cheddar bay biscuits.
