A few areas of improvement (everything else was 5-star as you can see my rating): - if you?re going there for the first time,... its very confusing to know if you should wait for someone to seat you at the tables or you grab your own table. By the way, it?snone of the above ? you go to a hidden corner and order your pizza first and then grab a table of your choice and they bring thepizza to you. - secondly, there?re certain things they will provide to you at the table such as a to-go box or water butcertain things you need to grab from somewhere else such as plates. The whole model seems confusing. Now let?s come to the bestparts: Pizza: this Indian pizza is approved by those who?ve had authentic food in India and it?s a big deal. The flavors arebang-on. We ordered butter chicken pizza and achari pizza and both were good. My favorite was butter chicken pizza. Pro-Tip:get mild on spice level because they have green chilies in the pizza that add a good kick and bring on the heat in a differentway. Staff: they have one of the best staff around. They all are so friendly and welcoming and helpful. They kept checking onus ever so often how we were doing and promptly brought to the table whatever we needed. Parking: plenty of parking spots rightoutside reserved for pizza twist customers. $$ : small pizza is a good size for two-people or one hungry person. After taxes,it comes about $16 plus tip. Nice flavorful pizza with all the Indian delicacies you can think of. We ordered the vegetarian Manchurian, chicken achari and... the paneer curry pizza . They all were really good but i would have loved the flavors to be more powerful. It seemed a littlemild but we enjoyed the freshly baked pizza. The service was good and quick so mo complaints there. The dine in spot could be alittle cleaner specially the restrooms. Overall, recommend this place if you are in the Franklin area. Read more

This place is a must try if you like Indian food but are looking for a twist(pun intended) in how you have it. Now open in... Franklin across the street from the Cool Springs Galleria. We got the masala breadsticks to start and then the ???? tikka masalapizza for the entree. Both were absolutely delicious with all fresh ingredients and they even make it to your spice level.
