Their menu is improving. Alot of new offerings. This is A Meeting Place! There is always a buzz of people here. But, Just can't... get past the cheap tableware and serving utensils. Brings the dining experience down! Otherwise a nice place to take a break,eat, check emails etc. (Kids menu needs work!) Restaurant service is fine, and the food is pretty standard, but the men?s bathroom clearly never gets cleaned. Been working... here for weeks and the same disgusting mess is still all over the toilet seat, and the floors are disgusting. I mean, come on.It?s kind of a bare minimum thing. Read more
Worst Panera in the country. Took 30 minutes to receive half a salad. Five other customers (the only customers in the store)... were also waiting for this thirty minute period. Of the 5 employees working, only one was preparing food. Prices were alsohigher than the Panera in my home town. I received no dressing or utensils with my salad. By the time I got to where I wasgoing, I had to eat my salad with my hands and no dressing. Would give 0 stars if possible. Read more
I just had the best Panera lunch experience ever. Too often reviews are posted that are negative. The hard-working team at this... location today needs to be acknowledged. The Fuji Apple Chicken Salad and Frontega Chicken Sandwich were prepared quickly & withcare. All the toppings and ingredients were fresh and the perfect amount. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich to go via the app, and the food was ready quite late and the sandwich was cold and sloppily... prepared?sauces were all over the outside of both buns making it a mess to eat. I complained in the app, got a $11 credit. Acouple weeks later, I used the credit towards 2 salads for a picnic and specifically clicked the ?include plastic utensils?button in the app while ordering. My wife and I get to the picnic and there?s no utensils in the bag! Hard to eat a saladwithout utensils. Not only that, but instead of Panera?s normal kettle chips as sides, we just got tiny bags of lay?s chips thatthey probably got from the Kroger next door. There was no indication they were out of their normal chips in the app and that wewould be receiving something else. This is all very unacceptable given the price of their food. Read more
I would give negative 5 stars if that was possible. I?ve been here 45 minutes & I?m still waiting on my food. I would walk out,... but I?ve already paid. This is the last time I come to this Panera. This location has been a #=*% show for over a year. Poormanagement! Read more
Love this place....clean excellent service....good location, large parking lot. You can eat inside or out as well. Very well... managed. Their soups awesome...my personal fav Broccoli cheddar soup, and Avocado melt chicken sandwich. The English tea andtheir kettle cooked chips......muah. Sorry half way remembered to take the pics....lol. Try it once and you'll go back again andagain and again. Read more
