Very Very Disorganized And Possibly Racist!! Was ordering to go and several people in line mentioned having issues with them... from losing their orders to taking forever to bring them. I should have taken that as a sign and left, but decided to still givethem a try. All I can say is NOPE NADA NEVER AGAIN! They took my cash, took forever to bring the food AND the older mom lookinglady had the nerve to ask me if I had paid as she was handing me my order. I replied yes. My husband and I left and while in ourcar the disorganized young lady who was taking people's orders came all the way out to our car, knocked on our window asking usif we paid?! NOW THIS IS YET THE SECOND TIME that we are being questioned about paying our bill! WHAT?! SERIOUSLY?! So Ireminded her about the $20 bill that was handed to her and the change that she handed us and she sheepishly left our car. Thatmeans that mom, whom I already said YES to, didn't believe me! So she sent her daughter to our car. This also proves howincredibly disorganized they are because they SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CHECK THEIR SYSTEM TO SEE IF I HAD PAID AND THEREFORE NOTINSULT ME BY CHASING ME DOWN AFTER I TOLD THEM I HAD PAID! I'm not usually that person but in this case, it does look kindastrange that they did that to me and my husband and no one else. Went here for lunch - surprised that I?d never been here before. It?s right around the corner from work and I?ve been to all the... other places in this strip mall. I digress - back to the review. Crowded at 11:30 means good eats in my eyes. Quick friendlyservice, tasty food but?.. the burrito was more like a giant enchilada. Yummy but not the burrito I?m looking for. Chips andsalsa come to the table, burrito hot and fresh, service is good and I?d go back again. Staff is friendly. The menu seems varied enough. I ordered shrimp fajitas. I was surprised when the skillet was brought to my... table without the signature fajitas sizzle sight and sound. I touched parts of the offering and was disappointed again that thefood was barely warm, certainly not hot. I asked my server Fonz why no sizzle, why tepid food? He took the skillet away andbrought it back sizzling. However, when I assembled my first loaded tortilla (which was hard on the edges ????) and took myfirst bite it was barely room temperature. I asked for a to go box so I could take the food home and heat it up. I told FonzI'd come to the restaurant so I wouldn't have to prepare my meal and wash the dishes after. No such luck.
