Excellent Japanese food, sushi and sashimi. Great service. Atmosphere is ok but very average. Try the Tuna Jwa, it's ... grilled and delicious, Oshinko appetizer and Sweet Shrimp nigiri! You will not be disappointed! The sashimi is wonderful aswell. Read more

Been a couple times, really recommend the bento sets. They are good quality and good value. However, afraid I cannot recommend... the ramen. Miso ramen tasted like shoyu. Weak flavor and soft, broken noodles. Disappointing, but I suppose it's a sushirestaurant. Read more

I?ve lived in Franklin since 1997 and have been coming to Miso for as long as I can remember. I love their food, but hate the... online ordering. Today we ordered online and even though we had the order confirmation in hand, we were told when we arrivedthat our order was ?not here? and we could no longer order because they were too busy. When my daughter tried to show theconfirmation to resolve the issue, the (very stressed) woman at the register yelled at her repeatedly. My daughter was intears. Although we?ve been visiting here for as long as I can remember, since my four adult children were young, we will sadlynever eat here again. Yes, the food is great, it?s convenient and a local standard, but it?s a hard pass for us from nowon. Fix your online order system or be kind. Or atleast one of those, if you can?t manage both. Best Japanese food in town! We've been long time customers where we'd come in on occasion over the years, but now we eat here or... order takeout more often since we moved over to this side of town. I will say, ordering takeout is as if you're ordering fordine-in, the food is just as amazing! And we always receive wonderful service with such friendly staff!
